The property is amazing. The layout is great for a large family or small family reunion. I enjoyed the theater room. The pool has lights to them for night swimming. The pool cost more to use so please add it to your budget when considering this location. They have massive washer and dryer units here. (Buy some pods.) Two washers and two dryers. No reason to take back dirty laundry. The projector outside is only for dvds. (bring some old dvds i guess).I only have one recommendation: if you plan to cook here alot you may want to buy some pans or bring two of your own. The pans here are terrible. When planning you will need to get some tissue very limited supply upon arrival so be prepared.Follow the directions and if you are in more than 2 cars you will have to park on the street. Parking is very limited and tight.

Great place

Place is great, neighborhood is nice with a kiddie pool and lazy river with bar within the community. Close to Disney which means traffic anytime you go anywhere only downfall of your going to be staying here and not going to Disney but not the hosts fault so house 5 stars traffic 3 stars
