Excellent property--clean, well equipped, nice location! Great communications with owner.

The home more than met our expectations. It was as described. It was very clean, well maintained, and equipped with just about everything a long term renter would need (even down to packing tape and a complete tool box). My wife loves to cook, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could imagine! The neighborhood was quiet, and well landscaped. Communications with the owner regarding move-in and a minor internet issue were excellent. The location in The Villages is on the north end, and is about a 15-20 minute drive to the two nearest Town Squares. The Villages has numerous activities and recreation centers. This home is only a couple blocks from the nearest swimming pool. We enjoyed our stay, and the home. Highly recommended.

Well done

Enjoyed the golf, found the people very friendly, was impressed with the quick response to the problem with the refrigerator. The villa was very well equipped with ample linens and kitchen supplies. It was very comfortable and pleasant to be in.
