Beautiful view

The view from this property is absolutely amazing. You feel like you have the entire mountain to yourselves as you can't see any other houses or roads from the deck. There are fireflies that light up the mountain at night. Just nature at her best!

Perfect getaway

This is a very comfortable home just as described in the listing. It's quite remote, but it's in a gated community and the roads are good. Well located for trips to Bryson City and Cherokee. The owners are responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Bella Vista! Tucked away off the beaten path, the property offers peaceful seclusion with absolutely stunning views—truly a hidden gem. Despite the quiet setting, it's just a short drive to Cherokee, Bryson City, and Fontana, making it the perfect home base for exploring the area.The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Check-in was seamless and stress-free, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel.We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. The location is truly amazing and the view is stunning. Communication before the stay was smooth. Unfortunately, during our stay we never heard back from the contact provided when we asked about the missing hair dryer which was mentioned in the description but couldn’t be found in the apartment.

Everything was amazing with this property! Communication with the hosts was smooth when we needed something, the property was easy to find with the address given, and the pictures listed do not do it justice. The view from the back deck of the property was breathtaking and the fire pit right there was a welcomed luxury to have while watching the sun set. 10/10 will definitely be booking here again!

Spectacular View & Spotless

We really enjoyed our stay at Bella Vista! The property is exactly as pictured and well maintained. The beds are very comfortable and everything is very clean. The property is well up a mountain, so be prepared to drive and potentially lose service on the way. This was the only downfall for us, as it wasn’t as convenient as we would have liked and we were traveling with two young children. The only other *very minor* recommendation would be to add more dish options to the kitchen. There were only large bowls and a few glasses. A better coffee maker would be nice too, as the one available offered warm coffee at best. Once again, we were traveling with young children, so caffeine was an essential 😊 these are small touches that would have only added to an already wonderful stay. Thank you so much,

Mountaintop Gem

Bella Vista was everything we could have hoped for not far off the beaten path. We loved the roominess of the apartment with a full kitchen and sliders across the back which offered spectacular views from 3000' up in the Western Carolina mountains. Angelo and Brenda offer an absolutely new space in which to stay and play in Whittier. It has an atmosphere that exudes peace and harmony with nature. there were lots of chairs on which to lounge, or to sit on while toasting marshmallows over the fire pit. When the day is done and the lights go out all you hear is silence in your own North Carolina retreat. Comfortable bed/bedding and lots of storage for clothes and anything else. My wife and I thoroughly loved our days and nights at Bella Vista and will encourage all our friends to book this incredibly relaxing and wonderful place.

Perfect weekend getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed this property with the beautiful view of mountains and sunsets. It’s very close to restaurants, shopping and Harrahs Casino. A quiet setting and comfortable, clean well appointed rental made our weekend perfect!

Beautiful Place

My husband and I needed a quiet get away and we got one. We had incredible views to wake up to and incredible sunsets to watch. The home was beautiful and had a lot of literature of things to do in the area.

Peaceful, very clean

We arrived much later than expected and my husband was greeted by one of the property owners. The property is well-lit and “off the grid.” We had no issues navigating once the contact emailed the directions. GPS would not have gotten us there, but we absolutely loved that! Everything was provided that we needed, the property was very clean, and the view was beautiful. It was quiet and wonderful. We had so much fun exploring, and the cheat sheets left at the house helped us find great places to eat and explore! We would love to stay again. Thank you to Brenda, Angela, and Paige! It was perfect!
