The condo is co-owned by a brother from the Midwest and sister from Colorado. We love to use the pools, lakes, sailboats, movie theater, beaches; great restaurants and proximity to every store you can think of not to mention the airport. It is truly a place we relax with our families and watch our kids play army men in the sand while being brought a cocktail or lunch to our pool side chairs.

Why they chose this property

The almost 2,800 square feet and 3 bedroom 3 bathroom en-suite makes it easy and comfortable for many adults. When we first started looking for a vacation home and saw Miromar Lakes there was no other comparison to after looking a many other communities. As lovers of fresh water lakes, outdoor life and the occasional Ritz experience Miromar was the place for us. It is 5-star resort living with a fantastic vibrant social atmosphere.

What makes this property unique

The views of the golf course, short walk to the neighborhood club house/pool/fitness center, and fully stocked kitchen make a visit easy and relaxing. We enjoy a short ride on the bikes to the main club house for a swim in the pool or sail on the lake. The grounds are immaculate!
