Located on the southern end of Lake Joseph with water access to Lake Rosseau and Lake Muskoka! Beautiful sandy beach and deep water off the end of a 2 storey boathouse! Boathouse also has accommodations and large deck area overlooking the lake! Large dock and deck areas all overlooking the lake! Plenty of private parking! Close to all the amenities including shopping, golfing, restaurants….etc! All have access by boat as well! Spend your days swimming, boating, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, or simply relaxing on the dock! Enjoy morning coffee overlooking the lake, afternoons on the water, and spectacular Sunsets evenings around the fire! The expansive waterfront and private setting provide the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure!

Always a wonderful time at this Cottage. My 2nd stay and I would highly recommend. Spacious clean and the amenities are top notch! The sunsets are absolutely gorgeous! All around a 10!!

Don has been a great host! We have throughly enjoyed our stays at his cottage. Very well maintained, clean and spacious. The property sits on beautiful lake Joseph and the sunsets are gorgeous. Don is very communicative. It was a complete 10/10 stay for us.

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. The cottage was spacious & the boat house was great & gave us more sleeping space. We had 2 dogs & it was great that we were able to bring them along. Don our host was super & very helpful. We would definitely rent this cottage again hopefully next summer.T
