A réserver sans hésitation, propriétaires adorables, appartement on ne peut plus propre avec terrasse et tout équipé.Situé à 10 mns à pied du vieux Annecy, supermarchés à 5 mns à pied également.Avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette ville et ses alentours magnifiques.Merci à Mr et Mme Richard ainsi qu'à leurs filles.

appartement idéal pour 4 personnes.Très bruyant, et de plus chaleur excessive cette année, prévoir la climatisation, ou prévoir un double vitrage de qualité . Pas d'éclairage sur la terrasse ni prise électrique Très bonne literie , cuisine correcte, Salle de bain superbe, chasse d'eau (fuite d'eau)

Vous avez eu la grande chance de profiter d'un temps superbe sur votre semaine que nos vacanciers espèrent à chacune de leur réservation ! nous avons équipé l'appartement d'une colonne de ventilation qui effectivement n'est pas une véritable climatisation...Notre appartement est idéalement situé, très proche de la Vieille Ville et l'assurance d'un parking fermé et gratuit pour votre véhicule. Comprenant vos attentes, une location en campagne aurait peut-être été un meilleur choix pour vos vacances ! Bien cordialement

Nous offrons systématiquement un appartement impeccable en propreté et en tout point fonctionnel, point d’honneur à l’accueil de nos vacanciers. A leur départ, nos précédents locataires nous ont signalé un dysfonctionnement du décodeur TV de FREE, résolu par le reset de l’appareil. Ce dysfonctionnement ne les a pas gênés outre mesure ! Vous comprendrez que ce problème technique est indépendant de notre volonté. Nous avons agi de suite en contactant Free pour le remplacement du décodeur défectueux. Pour la semaine suivante, nous sommes restés disponibles et à l’écoute de nos nouvelles vacancières ! nous avons expliqué plusieurs fois le mode de reset pour visionner correctement la TV (2h passées au téléphone). Mais visiblement, celles-ci n’ont rien compris aux explications. En retour et en représailles, ces mêmes vacancières nous ont quitté la veille sans nous prévenir et donc sans avoir effectué un état des lieux ! Elles ont laissé volontairement un appartement dans un état déplorable de saleté et de désordre !

La petite Venise des Alpes

L appartement est bien situé à moins de 10 mn du lac et du quartier d Annecy le vieux et des Gorges du Fier et beaucoup de lieux à voir dans un rayon de 50 km notemment la cascade du Rouget

Très bonne location

La location est agréable et fonctionnelle. Le parking est un avantage indéniable.On se rend sans problème à pied dans le centre d'Annecy et au bord du lac. Seul bémol de la location, si on entre dans la résidence par une petite rue tranquille, l'appartement lui-même donne sur le "Chemin de la croix rouge" qui est une route très fréquentée et donc bruyante si on veut garder les fenêtres ouvertes. A ce détail près, nous recommandons la location et y retournerons volontiers.

Je suis satisfait de ma location. L'appartement correspondait à la description et était très bien situé. En plus il était bien équipé. Dix minutes à pied de la vieille ville, quinze minutes pour aller au lac, c'était très bien pour nous. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et ils sont à notre écoute. nous avons passé de bonnes vacances
