As well as room for your boat and off street parking, the back yard has a large covered Bbq area and plenty of space for the kids to play

Enjoy the peace of the Basin yet still close in proximity to busy Vincentia and Husky as well the white beaches and pristine waters in Jervis Bay and Booderee National Park.

Iga St Georges Basin and Sanctuary Point are minutes away by car.

St Georges Basin Country Club is minutes away and also offers a courtesy bus and shuttle to Vincentia Golf Club. Enjoy Bowls, Snooker, Tennis and dining in Bamboo River Restaurant as well as the Fishermans Hut.

Great location close to the boat ramp but the house itself was not worth the money we paid. There were fly screens missing from windows, dirty fans with Cobb webs and dust. Dripping taps. Curtains not able to close, dishwasher with mould and not working and infestation of cockroaches.

Over priced for what we received compared to other holiday lets we have experienced..

One bed was not made, look like someone slept in it. No tea towels, internal stairs are dangerous. TV did not have all stations ABC in particular. External doors were sticky and hard to lock. house was cold (this was before the artic blast), only one heating source in the living room. No glass in the kitchen window make it colder. Disappointing that for the cost no access to the BBQ area in the back yard. The sales picture is misleading

Needs some changing for the price

Booked and paid for 6 nights stay in Dec 2022 then was rung a month later by the real estate agency who managed the property. They said the online price I paid was wrong and they wanted another fifty percent more on top of the price or they’d cancel my booking and refund my money. I booked through Stays and they didn’t care, neither did the agency. They just said other people either paid the price or cancelled their booking. They wouldn’t negotiate. Extremely poor customer service. The house itself was as per the pictures and clean. The queen mattress in the master bedroom was extremely firm compared to the 2 single beds in bedroom 3 and the other queen bed in bedroom 2 (which itself was still quite firm). No one wanted to change with me so I slept poorly all week. On further investigation the bed was a low quality old blue and green coloured mattress. The owners have tried to put multiple layers of cushioning overlays, which do nothing. Disappointing for the money you have to pay for the property, especially when mattresses are fairly cheap and critically important in a holiday rental. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Lounge room was comfortable. Only one toilet and a very tiny old (but clean) shower. Pleasant water view. About 15 mins drive from a swimming beach like Vincentia. Overall experience for me was 6 out of 10.
