Take a dip in the large screened pool or lounge on one of many chairs soaking up the Florida sun.

Want to check-in early or have a late checkout? Let us know two days in advance, and for an additional fee, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Pool heating is available for $70 every five days, and if your property has a grill, please note there is a cleaning fee of $29.95. We provide a washer and dryer for your convenience but kindly ask that you bring your own detergents.

Top notch property

Great communication since booking very pleasant and professional. Property was very nice and clean. Furnishing and home upgrades was top notch with warm pool. Would definitely book again!

Great house

The place was comfortable for all 8 of us to stay . I just found a broken glass in the dishwasher. Would have like to have had a small bottle of Clorox provided so I could have left the towels washed. I had to buy a sponge for the dishes. The kids loved the rooms, the pool, the water park areas, I loved the open kitchen and appliances… gave me the perfect idea for remodeling my kitchen. The sectional couch was something we have been wanting and to see how perfect it fit for us was just right. Over definitely will be coming back!!

My home away from home

Had a great time relaxing away from home, place was clean, nice neighborhood, everyone was friendly, requested a couple of things while I was there and management team responded within the day. Overall a great experience. Only thing is that I left my favorite pillow there in the master bedroom. I would ask that I could get my daughter or son in-law to pick it up for me, just let me know where. But I would likely use this service again, thanks so much.

Father’s Day gettaway

It is a very nice place to stay, but all the parties loud noises till 3am was terrible. The walls are so thin, that you hear every dj wanta be from a 2 mile radius. The fighting of heavy intoxicated people, and the smell of marajuana is so bad that you can not enjoy sitting outside in the wonderful screen in area. The condo needs some more items including coffee filters, measuring cup, and bath hand towels.
