This unit is just 8 minutes away from Disney Theme parks, 1 minute away from dining outlets and grocery stores and has plenty of space for all the family to relax, so kick off your shoes, and enjoy. The community has its own clubhouse, resort style pool, conference room and fitness center. Guests are also permitted access to the amenities of our neighboring Tuscana Resort Orlando. You will enjoy access to playground, barbecue grills, movie theater, ATM, and poolside activities (dive-in movies and poolside games).

Great Stay

We booked this property to celebrate a birthday trip to Disney. The home is in a gated community with many, many amenities very close by. We appreciated each having our own space with the three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Having a full kitchen was important to us so that we could eat a good meal in the mornings before heading out for the day. The location is convenient to Disney parks. They are doing some construction so it can get a bit congested but we knew to plan for that after our first day. The host was wonderful at responding quickly to messages and checking in with us to be sure things were as expected. I was very impressed with a personalized check in complete with a birthday greeting! I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nice Home for Family Florida holiday

Check-in process was easy and property manager was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Home was just the right amount of space for our 6 family members and having the extra powder room on the main floor was very helpful. Kitchen is a good size and stocked with basics. Pool and club house facilities were very nice and within a 5 minute walk from the house. The neighbouring Tuscan Resort is under new management so the club house (including washrooms) is closed, but you can still access the large pool. It's a fairly long walk, so we drove and parking was easy. Something to note - even though the home is not far in distance from WDW or other theme parks, the on/off ramps to the nearby highway are consistently very busy with lots of traffic to the parks, which easily adds an extra 20-30 minutes to your travel time. Overall and enjoyable stay and good value for the price point.

We had rented this townhouse for 2 weeks. It was a warm week probably high 70’s - 80’s. I noticed the thermostat would not go past 70 when on cool. So I messaged the owner several times about this. He said it’s set to 70 to keep it from freezing up. He said he would send his hvac guy over the next day to see what would be the problem with it being warmer upstairs. This is a townhouse so the bedrooms were upstairs. We all know heat rises. So at night when we slept it was warmer upstairs. My husband and I like it cooler at night when sleeping. So I went out to buy a small fan because we did not sleep well with it being uncomfortable. We ended up leaving 5 days early and I asked for a refund but I was ignored. I told the owner if I knew he had control of temperature in house I would have never rented his townhome. His hvac guy came as we were leaving I said don’t bother the problem is him not wanting us to turn thermostat under 70. I would never stay here again. Not happy at all. I give this listing a big zero. On everything. Another thing the listing said 4 bedrooms there was only three.

Lisa, We were responsive to all of your messages and concerns. Not sure what your issue was with the thermostat, but I sent my tech over to assist and you refused his entry. Post you Exiting the property, I went there with my A/C tech to follow up and there is nothing wrong at the unit. While you were there, we received several alerts that it was under 70 degrees in the property. The average temperature at night while you were in the unit was in 30’s-40’s. We pride ourselves on providing superior customer service. our apologies for not living up to your expectations.

The rental had everything we needed and the location was great with restaurants and shopping very close by and access to the highway close as well. The property manager was extremely helpful and was easy to get a hold of, he even checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend staying here!
