Great location

The property is a block from the beach, which was perfect for our family, with 2 young children. It has a beautiful view from the patio. ( patio could have used an umbrella or covering to be able to enjoy it in the afternoon). Our main issue was that the listing did not show that one bedroom was actually a loft and only accessible up a ( narrow!)staircase. Since you couldn’t access it from the other bedrooms, we could t use it, due to the age of the children. A family with older kids or teens would probably enjoy it.

Excellent house and location!

This house was spacious and had just about everything we needed. It’s better in person than the listing shows and the location is ideal. It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach. The only things that would have helped would be having beach chairs and towels/linens at the property as chairs take up a lot of space when traveling. Jen, the agent from Kinlin Grover was fabulous. Super responsive and brought us beach towels. Definitely recommend this property!
