Ocean front ground level condo in the Riggings!

Happy to hear it, come back soon!

Thank you for the great review. We’re glad Surfers Cove was clean and that check‑in and check‑out were easy. We hope to welcome you back.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location, view, beach, and surrounding area. We appreciate your notes about the cabinets, couch, and outdoor table and will keep them in mind as we assess future updates.

We’re sorry the cleanliness and condition of the furniture, bedding, floors, and deck table fell so far short of expectations. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and we understand how upsetting it was to spend your stay addressing these issues. We’ll share your feedback with our team and review the concerns raised. Thank you for noting the beach view as well.

Love to hear it, we look forward to your next visit!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry you encountered a broken sliding door — we have addressed and repaired accordingly. We're glad the condo otherwise suited your four-night stay. We appreciate the note about cleaning supplies and will review the welcome inventory and listing details so future guests know what to bring. Bryant Real Estate

Thank you for taking the time to share this detailed review. We’re glad Surfers Cove was exceptionally clean, matched the listing photos, and that you enjoyed the location. We’re sorry the A/C replacement took far longer than the window we provided and that the multiple technicians disrupted your day. We appreciate that you were notified in advance and that the unit remained cooled, and that the credit was helpful. Your feedback about the length of the repair and the adequacy of compensation is important. While we understand this interupted your stay, we appreciate your understanding.

Thank you for the kind words! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay, and we can't wait to see you back again soon!

Christina, So glad you enjoyed your stay and the location! Our staff is available 24/7 to assist with any guest needs. Had you reached out to us about needing a vacuum, we would have been happy to deliver one to the unit as most units do have these in the units as standard. We look the tip about beachcombing. Hope to see you again soon!

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We strive to provide a comfortable and well-maintained environment for all our guests. We will address the issues you've identified to improve the overall experience. Your comments are valuable, and we will use them to enhance our services. We hope you will consider staying with us again in the future.

Brian, Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that you liked the updates and mattresses. We will make the suggestion to the owner to add a table on the deck as the bar off of the kitchen is the only true dining space. We will have our hospitality team check the standard items in the kitchen and replenish if any items have gone missing throughout the summer. Please note that we do have staff available 24/7 to assist with any issues that may arise during your stay. Our staff would have been happy to bring out any standard items that were missing. We are glad you enjoyed your stay!

Hi Joan, thank you for taking a few minutes to let us know about your vacation. We're glad you enjoyed the unit and it's close proximity to the ocean as this property is just about as close as you can get. We're glad to know that it was properly prepared and made completely ready for your arrival. Parking can be an issue at this complex, but with the assigned spaces it is usually easy to access the units despite the narrow openings. If you ever have this trouble again, please let us know as we can find the culprits and get the situation squared away quickly. Can't wait to see you again soon.

Thank you for your review, Tiffany! We are glad you enjoyed your stay! One of the best parts of the Riggings is that it takes oceanfront to a whole new level! We hear all the time how much our guests love feeling like they are on the ocean right from the balcony! Glad to hear hear you enjoyed it as well. We hope to see you again soon!

Anissa, Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your time at this property. We will have our hospitality team look into the dishware/ toaster as all of our properties are stocked for guests to be able to prepare and eat a meal for the number of occupants permitted at the unit. We apologize that you were never able to utilize the grill however our website does specify that there is a community grilling area. Each individual condo owner chooses whether they would like their unit to be pet friendly or not. The Riggings Complex in general does not allow renters to bring pets, only owners, so you were most likely seeing owners of the units bringing their own pets.

Rosa, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the cleanliness issues that you experienced. We would have loved for you to notify us when you found the issues so we could have remedied the situation right then and there. We would have been happy to send a cleaner to re-clean the property. Palmetto bugs are common at NC beaches, however the HOA does have routine pest control treatment for all properties. Parking is very limited on the island so it is important that you follow the parking instructions emailed and given to you at check-in. There is one designated spot for the unit and another unassigned spot in the complexes lot. We hope you made lasting memories with your family while you were here!

Thank you so much Dianne, we appreciate your thoughts. We are always happy to hear that we have helped provide a nice experience for our guests and that our staff was attentive to your needs. I'll be sure and pass along your compliments. Please come back and stay with again sometime soon!
