About this property
Beachfront cute cottage on Private Beach. Best View on the Cape. on high bluff
Amazing sunset views over the bay from every room. Lovely beach cottage sits upon a secluded bluff with one of the best views of Cape Cod. The private beach is just down the stairs . It is large beautiful, clean, safe beach for only 3 cottages.
All photos are taken on the property! A/C & WIFI. 7 day min Sat to Saturday only.
There is an amazing view from the porch's sofa and dining area. Most families want to spend their entire vacation on the porch watching the tide roll in and out. The master bedroom has a cool foam double bed. You can see the bay and hear the waves at night from your bed. The living room and full kitchen have views of the gazebo and Cape Cod bay. All the rooms are small. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with full sized twin beds and a safety bar. There's a half bathroom inside. There is also a hot water private outdoor shower. It is perfect after a day at the beach. Many renters have told us they want to install an outdoor shower at home after trying it.
This porch is the best place to watch the tide roll in and out and sunset over the water and then a brilliant star show with fireflies. The beach is just down the stairs outside your cottage. The private beach is only for 4 cottages and the manager. This place is a beach walkers dream. You can walk along the beach in either direction for miles. The bay is much warmer than the National seashore and the waves are very gentle and safe. Low tide is the perfect place for young children and families. From your beach you can walk out 1 mile straight out at low tide and pick up shells from the ocean floor. There is so much to explore. Brewster is a beautiful safe posh town with great restaurants, bike trails and golf. This is one of 4 cottages. We are five star super hosts on another rental platform, sorry discounts not available on this platform. All of the photos listed were taken on the property.
Why our renters call this spot magical: The space 1. 360 ft of gorgeous safe beach for 4 cottages and the main house. 2. Sunset over the water and sunset colors for an hour afterwards 3. Amazing stargazing , you may see fireflies and shooting stars 4. Natural private setting. One of the few spots that feels like old Cape Cod 5. An ever changing view from your cottage. Watch the tide roll in and out for almost a mile. #3 "Most Beautiful Coastal View" in America by Travel & Leisure. 6. We are on the highest point between the bridge and Truro. You get unsurpassed views of the Sagamore Bridge, the entire Cape Cod bay, and Provincetown. 7. The Brewster flats at low tide offer amazing shelling and a magnificent not to missed walk. 8. Location. Close to great restaurants, gorgeous neighborhoods for biking and walking. In the middle of Cape Cod. A perfect home base for exploring the Cape. 9. Most of our renters who have been coming for years try to never leave the property. (except to get take out - our cottages have a better view than most restaurants) Their day is filled with beach and flats walks, swims, sunset, and just watching the view. 10. The Porch and comfortable cottage.

Found the best little cottage on Cape Cod to view Cape Cod Bay from the screened-in porch and then go down to go "sporting on the [mud]flats," as Thoreau said in his book, Cape Cod.
Cottage was very cute (gazebo not included). Loved having the beach so close. A little difficult to find at first, but overall cute area. Would recommend!
We absolutely loved staying here with our two kids. The home owners were right next door and were fantastic, they even brought us a croquet set for the kids and carrot cake! We were mesmerized watching the tides come in and out and walking the sea bed during low tide. It was simple and perfect, exactly what we needed after an over booked winter to kick off the summer. We can’t wait to come back!
Such an amazing place to stay! This little cottage provides everything you need for a wonderful getaway: astonishing views, serenity, and peace. My daughter and I visited in May, so the ocean was still too cold to swim, but the beaches were quiet, and you can enjoy observing the low and high tides. Morning coffees on the screened porch or even outside while watching the waves were perfect! Loved it!
All the fun activities in Cape Cod are just 20 minutes away. The cottage itself is very clean, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the mattresses are comfortable. Yes, you need to bring your own bedding, but that wasn't a problem for us. The shower is outside, but it's equipped with hot water and would be totally enjoyable during the summer.
The owners, Bruce and Rina, are welcoming, helpful, and very nice people! Highly recommend this place to anyone!
This is a gem of a property and contributed to creating many lasting family memories!
The location is spectacular, perched overlooking a private beach (important to us during the time of COVID) with the most gorgeous sunsets. During low tide the water recedes a mile and our two children loved exploring the sea life in the tidal pools. It’s super close to the adorable Main Street of Brewster and convenient to everything while feeling private and remote.
This home itself is a very authentic, simple, rustic cottage. You feel like you are taking a step back in time to a simpler way of living - no TV (but WiFi!), eating dinners on the screened in porch, watching the sun rise and set from the gazebo on the property, drying you bathing suits on a laundry line in front of hydrangea bushes. The owners were very helpful and you could tell love the property (which includes two other cute cottages). It’s not for everyone but if you are looking for this kind of experience - this is your place!
We were looking for a change of scenery after five month of being isolated in our home due to COVID shelter in place orders, So it was such a treat to get a serious upgrade in our view and make memories as a family! Grateful to have had this experience.

Why they chose this property
Truly unique. We are secluded on a dirt dead end road. One of the last small cottages on the beach. Breathtaking views and sunset over the bay. Perfect place for a romantic relaxing get away or for for young families as the kids will spend hours exploring the Brewster flats.

The Brewster flats. At low tide you can walk out on the ocean floor for almost a mile for an unique experience (listed in 1000 places to see before you die) for collecting shells, tidal pools, swimming, sports and an everchanging view. 6. High tide looks like a completely different place. We have some of the warmest water and gentle waves on the Cape. Perfect for swimming, floating,, kayaking and stand up paddle board. 7. Fabulous restaurants with in a few miles ( Apt, spinnaker, Kates, JT's, the Brewster Scoop ) We are two miles from the Cape Cod rail bike trail. Golf at the Captain Course. Many historic spots. Lakes. We are in the middle of the Cape perfect for exploring. 8. Comfortable cottages with everything your family needs. a perfect sport for family reunions. Large yard for croquet or catch. 9. Our renters who have been coming for over 20 years recommend doing nothing! Eat breakfast at grumpy's or APT. or Get your paper and coffee at the 200 yr old general store. Walk the flats, swim at high tide. Watch the tide roll in and out, sunset and watch the stars and meteor showers. Fall asleep listening to the waves.
