River acess was great!

It was a cute little cottage. We didn't think it was cleaned...and having little ones, its important. We pulled the futon out and were surprised by all the crumbs that were in the crease. Also the fans were full of dust and a lounge chair was tore. Instructions were out dated..or not for that cottage. They instructed to leave dishes in dishwasher but theres no dishwasher. Instructions did say there was a quiet time and having to wear wrist bands, and one parking spot per rental. We saw more then one car parked, without a tags at rentals, not everyone had a wrist band and not everyone followed the quiet hours. But overall, the kids loved it and it did its job for the weekend. River access was great!!

We absolutely loved our stay! We will return soon. The cell service is not reliable so check in information was difficult to get. I suggest screenshot everything before you loose service! Over all 100% fabulous stay!

This was a perfect place for us to stay while visiting friends in the area.
