The location was great, close to everything we wanted to do. And we loved the river being so close.Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and all the outdoor seating. Several in our group liked the availability of kayaks. The pool does need resurfacing and deep cleaning.The kitchen and pantry were well supplied. Although the kitchen counters and cabinets were quite high.

A home away from home. This house was beautiful and had all the things just like a hotel. We had a wonderful stay.

This home was a great size for our 8 person stay. It is well stocked with dishes, towels, all the bathrooms already had body wash provided, pool even had accessories. Location was convenient, close to stores, restaurants. Host is wonderful and so easy to communicate with. Estheticly the home is nice but could use a little more love. Broken step, light switches, shower heads not working. (Still able to shower!) The home also could use blinds or coverings for 2 of the bathrooms. One bathroom we didnt shower in due to the window in the shower being level with the neighbors house, and the en suite in the main master needs a window cover at the tub. For the price you pay, a little more love can go into the upkeep. But again, overall nice home.

We will have the light switches and the showerhead checked out, likely in the shower with the five showerheads, along with the step you mentioned. As for the bathroom windows, we intentionally left the third-floor tub uncovered to preserve the tree and river view, but we understand the privacy concern with the other bathroom and will take a look at that. We absolutely love it here. They are so stocked on essentials. The home is gorgeous and all of the beds are comfortable. Neighbors are great and The host Gigi is awesome. Always responds if needed.

Beautiful getaway

Wonderful property with a gorgeous view of the river and wild life, and great back yard for relaxing by the pool! Lots of spacious rooms and lots of amenities!

Perfect Family Getaway

Home was ideal for our family vacation that included 5 adults and 3 kids. Perfect kitchen for gathering and cooking. Pool and outside area provided endless hours of fun. Host was available if needed and communicated well. Return trip next year a high probability.

Amazing!

What a great place to stay! It had everything we needed plus more. The beds were absolutely perfect and comfortable. The views were great. The host was wonderful and very nice in giving more information when needed and was quick to respond. Will stay again in the future, if its available!

Amazing house for work or play!

I stayed here with a work team on a project in Grant’s Pass. The location is gorgeous & peaceful but close to downtown. Great separation of space for work or extended family/friends but a very well out space for getting together. The riverfront view/beach was a beautiful backdrop. The owners were 100% available for any questions.

We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the size of the home, beautiful outdoor space, river views/access, excellent home gym, and convenient location. The host was very kind, responsive, and quick to answer messages.That said, there were quite a few maintenance and upkeep issues throughout the home that were noticeable during our stay. Several fixtures and items were broken or damaged, including the dishwasher (makes a terrible sound when running), some bathroom fixtures, poolside furniture, step on the staircase to third floor, and a few other things throughout the house. We also had some cleanliness concerns, including makeup on the comforters and mold around some bathroom hardware.The pool and hot tub area could use some attention as well. The hot tub would shut off unexpectedly and didn’t get particularly hot, and there were some loose pool tiles and the bottom needs to be painted. For a home at this price point, we expected a little more attention to maintenance, cleanliness, and overall details.The kitchen/dining area also felt somewhat small for a large group, and there were fewer basic amenities (like coffee and cooking oils) provided than we expected.Overall, we had a nice stay and really enjoyed the property and its potential. With some repairs, maintenance, and additional attention to detail and decor, this could be an exceptional rental, however I would not consider this a luxury rental at this time.

The house and property were amazing. A gruop of ladies age 70 had our annual weekend get away here. We enjoyed the pool and just a place to relax and visit. As mentioned in the house description - there are a lot of stairs. For our age, that was a small drawback. But we made it work and loved our weekend.

Property was amazing and we had a great time. I still rate it a 5 however the BBQ couldnt be used due to neglect and it could use some window coverings in the upstairs master bedroom.

We came for a wedding. The house was perfect for 6 couples. Loved that all bedrooms had king beds. The location was close to wedding venue. Great communication with our host. Weather was nice so we hung out by pool and spa. We had a wonderful weekend

Beautiful Setting on the Rogue River

This roomy, three story house easily accommodates nine or ten people with its five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The property fronts the Rogue River with beautiful views from the various balconies. There is a hot tub and large pool, which our family thoroughly enjoyed.

Beautiful home

My guests and I were so happy we chose this home for a vacation while in Oregon. The kitchen was well stocked to accommodate all of the Place settings for 8 of us. Every bed was so So comfortable. It’s very spacious and was very clean. The host was amazing and quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend this home for your stay.
