Perfectly located between Suttons Bay and Traverse City, M22 and You is bright, cheery, and spacious with 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. You are going to love the large sandy beach located across the road—the perfect spot to enjoy spectacular sunrises and clear night skies.

When you enter the home, you will find a large living space with kitchen, dining room, living room, and family room. There is a 6-person sauna and gas fireplace. The lower level offers an additional kitchen.

In the backyard, there is a fire pit and gas grill. On the lake side, enjoy 100 feet of lakeshore on the sparkling blue waters of the bay. You’ll find another fire pit, kayaks, hammock, and beach chairs. There is also a dock and mooring.

Your well-mannered pet is welcome.

Great Christmas

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We decided to have combined Christmas up north with my sisters family. The house was perfect, there was plenty of space for all of us. The rental company was quick to answer any questions and was very accommodating. We actually were able to enjoy some walks on the beach because it was an unusually warm Christmas. We took advantage of the 2 kitchens for our meal prepping and plenty of games of pool were played. I would recommend this house for any large group. We had no issues with the location, and liked that it was between Traverse City and Sutton’s Bay.

Beautiful house

The house was beautiful! Nicely updated and had lots of room for all of us. It was nice and clean and had plenty of towels and anything else we needed. I would definitely book this one again! My only complaint was that we had to leave the dishwasher empty which meant we had to hand wash our breakfast dishes the day we left. Seems it would have been more sanitary to run them through the dishwasher and have housekeeping empty the dishwasher and put them away. But that’s it. Everything else was perfect.

Perfect Fall Extended Weekend Getaway!!

Absolutely perfect house for our 3 couples to stay at for an extended weekend in TC! Spacious house & very clean. Perfect location near great food & wineries. Really good communication from the the owners of the house too. We’ll be booking for next Fall!!

Nice fall getaway, even when rainy; some concern about pricing

Pros: 1. Beautiful, spacious rental home with plenty of space and beds to spread out, upstairs and down 2. Responsive property management company (we did have some issues with a leaky sprinkler system in the basement and a bed that was not made--they answered our later night call and fixed the issues immediately in the morning, with complimentary wine!) 3. Private access to beach 4. We visited on a rainy weekend in October, and the house was lovely and relaxing to just stay in and enjoy each other's company 5. Plenty of cooking supplies to make your own meals Cons: 1. M-22 is pretty busy, even in October, and you have to cross it to get to the beach; you also hear some traffic at night 2. While this is not unique to this property, you do pay a premium price for a late check-in (4p.m.) and an early checkout (10 a.m.) I understand that the cleaning crew needs to come in with enough time for the next guests and I understand reasons why there are certain rules/policies in place for guests to clean up--but these expectations do not match the cost of renting a vacation home, especially when we're charged for full days. We didn't actually spend time at the rental for the full days we reserved because of a required late check in and early check out. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the home was lovely and cozy with a responsive staff, but I'm not convinced we got our full money's worth for the full weekend. And again, this is a general concern that Vrbo could also take into account.
