Great property, poor property manager

The house was a fantastic house with a great location. Very nice outdoor/pool area. However the property manager never responded to multiple calls, text messages or emails. There is no property booklet onsite to find answers in. Would have made this a much better vacation if this property had a responsive manager.

Great location, resort vibe from the moment we walked in the home. Well appointed, spacious and incredible views of the river, short distance to restaurants and Ft Myers beach. The home exceeded our expectations, most certainly a 5 start stay. We are definitely bookmarking this one for our next stay!
