This place was beautiful, this house fit my family of 11 with plenty of room. It was very clean and had everything you needed to a good time at a beach and for the pool. We loved sitting around the hot tub.if you book this house you won't be disappointed promise!

The best stay ever

We absolutely loved every min next time we come to Florida we will be staying here it was in such a good neighborhood and quiet and the kids loved the pool and the hot tub was amazing

Soon as I checked In it was an easy keyless entry the house had all of the equipment for cooking washer and dryer, pool, hottub, it was a very nice home and Walmart is super close by for all the necessities

Everything about our stay was excellent. This was by far the best stocked vacation house we have ever booked. From kitchen supplies, to beach towels, bath towels and bed linens. It accommodated our large family nicely and everyone had a great time playing ping pong, relaxing in the hot tub and swimming in the pool. We greatly appreciated the collapsible cart and beach chairs too, they made our trips to the beach easier.

Great place to stay!

We stayed here for four nights with our son and daughter-in-law. It was a great house , with lots of amenities, very private back yard, very quiet neighborhood. Nice pool and hot tub too! Plenty of towels, a washer and dryer. It was very bright and clean. Not far from the beach and lots of things to do and see. Highly recommend this property!

Lovely, quiet retreat

This spacious home is in a very quiet neighbor, with a private fenced in yard. The heated pool, hot tub and hammock were nice to relax in. Many amenities were provided. The hosts were very accessible and quick to respond to any needs or issues we had. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Great home while visiting family

We stayed here while visiting our home town. The house was really nice. Plenty of room for our family of 5 plus my sister and her son to stay with us. Our kids enjoyed the pool too. We’d definitely consider staying here again when we come back into town.

Lovely Florida Home

All of the amenities made this a great home. From the pool, hot tub, ping pong table to the fully stocked linens and toiletries- all we had to do was walk in and enjoy! We would stay here again next time we visit the area.

Baseball Vacation

The listing was accurate with my experience of the house. Everything was clean and everything you needed was there. Kitchen gadgets, pool floats, beach items. Kids had a blast swimming and playing ping pong daily. Definitely a place I would stay again.

Great experience

The property was everything we asked for and more. The location was minutes away from the beach and food around the corner of every street. Neighbors were peaceful and back yard is great for a relaxing day outside. The pool is a great size for adults and children. The house was perfect for our short family trip. We spent a day on Cocoa that took only minutes to drive and the beach was easily accessible. Spent a day at Kennedy Space Center that was less than 20 minutes away. The house has a ping pong table that kept us all entertained, as well as a very maintained pool and hot tub. We did lots of cooking and grilling as the house is fully stocked and equipped with everything needed. Will definitely reserve again!!!

Great Property with plenty of space

My family and I really enjoyed our time and had a g rest vacation. The house had plenty of room for everyone and we took advantage of the pool and grill. The ping pong table stirred up some competition and location was close to many restaurants and the beach. We’ll be back.

Perfect Paradise

My group of 8 had the best vacation here! The home was fabulous and perfect. The pool and hot tub were great after a long day out in Orlando. No complaints other than we don't know why the pool waterfall stopped working, but no big deal!

Great place on a cul-de-sac

Quaint place with plenty of room on a cul-de-sac. House was in close proximity to many local and chain restaurants and just a short drive away from all the attractions. The hot tub was plenty warm, the pool as well. Plenty of space to gather with family and friends. The check-in service was un matched answering any questions I had and were very accommodating. I’d most definitely stay here again.

I want to start off by saying that I am giving this property a 5 star review because the house was wonderful and we had a great time and everything was absolutely great! However, I am going to point out a couple of things that I feel needs the attention of the owners. Like I said, the house was just wonderful - clean, nice, accomodating, great location, communication was great - for the most part, check in was great and easy and I like it when it is very easy and so complicated. We enjoyed our stay and was comfortable the entire time, the property really is amazing and I love that the hosts just let you be and do your thing and not to much interference. We would definitley stay at this property again and recommend it.First off, there is very large cockroaches in this house - now I know Florida is the type of environment to have these creatures and it very well may be a common thing down there, but for a teenage girl who is from Seattle Washington -where these things are not common - to see one crawling on her bedroom floor in the middle of the night was not fun!! We didn't see them all the the time, randomly in a bedroom & bathroom, and definitely in the garage - they were present around the washing machine. I think the owner needs to address it or let visitors know they are there.Second - the TV has issues that need addressed - it won't let you logg onto your own straming apps.There should also be better pictures of the master bath sink. Girls need room -Not much counter

Perfect Family Retreat!

My family and I stayed for a family vacation prior to sending daughter to college. HIGHLY recommend this property! Clean, conveniently located to beaches, shopping, restaurants and grocery. The pool was amazing to have for us all to gather around! The space inside is great for family gatherings! Beds/rooms were comfortable/clean! We look forward to staying here again! Check in/out was easy! Quiet area. Thank you to our host!
