Gorgeous Pool Home - Features Heated Private Pool

Gorgeous Merritt Island Pool Home features heated pool for year-round comfort. This home sleeps 6 comfortably. After a hot day at Cocoa Beach, jump in the beautiful pool and really cool off. Just 1 mile west over the SR520 bridge you'll find the quaint little village of old Cocoa, where you'll find a nice mix of restaurants, bars and coffee houses. You may also take advantage of all the attractions Orlando has to offer-- only 45 minutes west on SR528. Or you might want to stay local--take a short 10 minute drive to Cocoa Beach to visit the world-famous Ron Jon Surf Shop, or spend the day at the Pier listening to Reggae music. Or even experience the fabulous nightlife at Port Canaveral's many great bars and restaurants complete with live entertainment. The house sits on an island (2 minutes either way) between the Banana River and the Indian River with access to parks, fishing, water-skiing, kayaking, windsurfing, and many other activities. There are numerous restaurants in the immediate area, as well as a shopping mall.

Great experience in a quiet neighborhood

My wife and I agree this was one of our favorite vacations. The house was nestled back in a quiet neighborhood which allowed us to relax and unwind from hectic jobs. We have family in the area but were able to use the mornings to sunbathe and swim in the pool. The house was fantastic and we'd happily stay there again.

Location to everything!

This little gem was located in a quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants, cocoa beach, shopping and golf courses. The covered patio was perfect on the hot sunny days and the pool was refreshing and supplied with many pool floats & toys. The hosts were always prompt in responding whenever I had a question. When my family comes back down for a visit, I will definitely be booking another stay.

Just what we needed - we were here to visit/care for family in hospice, and this home fit the bill far better than a hotel room. Quiet neighborhood and close to lots of restaurants and shops.

This house is exceptional!! My family of five enjoyed every moment. The hosts were responsive and the amenities are top tier. Getting to the beaches was a breeze and my kids found many places to fish, one of which was super close to the house. The pool was the highlight for sure. Super clean and easy check in/check out process. You will not be disappointed in this property.
