Our family of 4 plus one pup truly enjoyed out stay. The cottage was clean and tidy, there were ample towels, nice bedding, and lots of bottled water for drinking and cooking. We loved the paddle boat, and there was a long lead attached to a tree to keep our pup tied safely with room to roam. Excellent proximity to Parry Sound for food and fun. Would definitely stay here again!

The cottage was great! The lake was also great for swimming. It was super close to town . We were also able to go to killbear for great hiking and sightseeing!

We loved this cottage. Very easy to get to off the highway. 5 minutes to town. The cottage had everything you could need. The kitchen was the best equipped of any rental we’ve stayed in before. The lake was calm and quiet and we enjoyed using the kayaks and paddleboat. It really is a place to unplug and relax. We will definitely return.

All the rooms in the cottage and the outside deck were very clean. The host answered all of our questions promptly, left clear instructions about what to do with garbage and how to run the entertainment centre, and, since we were going to be there for nearly 2 weeks, left extra towels and linens for us. The kitchen was amazingly well equipped with very new appliances and all the tools one needs to prepare meals. Our view of the lake was quite lovely; it was nice not to have to put up with noisy motor boats roaring up and down the lake. Even though we seemed to be isolated out in the woods and on a sparsely populated lake, we were only minutes from Parry Sound, where we attended 9 concerts in the Festival of the Sound.

Great family vacation!

This cottage was absolutely perfect for our family and our dogs. It had everything we needed—and more! The movie collection was fantastic, the outdoor space was beautiful, and the water was warm and clean. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, making it a truly relaxing getaway. We highly recommend this place to other families and pet owners looking for a serene escape. We cannot wait to come back!

This property was great, and as described. The cottage was spacious, clean, and very well-outfitted, with a wonderful kitchen and very comfortable beds and linens. It's a quiet little Lake, and we enjoyed swimming, fishing, and kayaking. The owner answered our few questions promptly. Super easy to find and made a good base to explore the area.

Checkin was easy and Richard was quick to respond to any questions. Beautiful plot of land and great ammenities - there was ample drinking water provided and a vast collection of DVD's. The weather was largely excellent during our stay and we were pleased to enjoy the water with some floaties. The kitchen was very well laid out and contained a great supply of equipement.

Peaceful retreat

My husband, I and our dog. Had a lovely relaxing time. The cottage was one of the best we have rented. The views of the lake were beautiful. We went swimming, spent some time in Parry Sound as well.
