A nice family unit for vacation

Our family vacation with family and friends was a grand time. I wish we had more time to truly enjoy the property. The community is new which was nice, however it was difficult for food delivery and couriers to locate it. Additionally, it looks as though there’s a waterpark being constructed which will be a benefit. Overall I would recommend this to others traveling for a Disney vacation.

Great location

This townhome was conveniently located close to Disney parks. Home was as advertised. Furniture wasn’t as comfortable as you would hope but worked fine for our group of 5. There were some ants in one bathroom for a couple of days. There were neighbors in the unit next to us and we could hear them which was the risk we took renting a town house. I would rent through Wonder Vacations in the future and in this area, just a single family home next time.

Super townhome stay!

Beautiful property! Townhome described perfectly. Loved that they left shampoo/conditioner/dishwasher and washing detergent for us. We didn’t need it as we brought our own, but nice that they had 1-2 days worth just in case we didn’t bring our own. Stayed for a week with family. Liked the main floor bedroom/bathroom so my elderly father didn’t have to climb any stairs. Clean, quiet and safe neighborhood. The Club amenities were fantastic! I wish we had more time to use them! Management responded quickly to any questions. This was my first time using VRBO and I was a little nervous, but had no reason to be since everything was great!

1006 splash ahot

Home was nice. Great place for family vacation. Private pool and resort pool made it easy to accommodate everyone’s needs. Only complaints.. parking.. come home and no parking by our unit. Units in either side were from the area and each drove 3 cars… taking our spot. Designated parking for each unit would be nice. Sofa I. Our unit was very small… it was a sectional that could accommodate 3 people at most. For a unit that sleeps 12, the seating in living room was not adequate. A bigger couch would help.
