Host responded quickly when I reached out. Dock and deck needed some TLC and would’ve been nice if lights on dock worked. But we had a good time and overall nice property.

The house is quaint and cute. It comfortably accommodated our family of 7 well. Access to the lake was great. We enjoyed taking the kaiaks out on the lake while the kids enjoyed jumping into the lake from the dock. There is plenty of parking on the property. The outside of the house, the patio furniture and the dock could use a little TLC. We would have utilized these areas much more given the beautiful weather, if they would have been maintained a bit more.

Relaxing Family Getaway

The house was great to accommodate our multiple generational family and the shelter area was perfect for s’mores. The dock provided a fun outdoor area for swimming and fishing. The location is so close to Harbor Light Marina where we rented a pontoon and got takeout.We hope to vacation here again.

Nice house and convenient location to the boat ramp and marina. Worked well for our family to enjoy the lake! House could use some maintenance but everything worked just fine.

Perfect weekend getaway

My husband, myself and our 2 daughters stayed here for a weekend getaway. We had an amazing time. The house was just perfect for the 4 of us. The outside space was absolutely perfect for our family. We will definitely stay again!

The house was very clean and absolutely wonderful for our weekend. There were lots of options for where people could hang out, sleep and spend their time. It was super well organized and well stocked.

quietest place I can remember ever being

pros: peaceful location, facility is clean with all amenitiesIf there is any con, some maintenance is required, the sliding glass door is in need of repair, the retaining wall in the pavilion need a drain, several boards in the deck need replacing, otherwise a great place for a peaceful rest.

Cozy home with great view on Hartwell Lake!

Clean & comfortable home with wonderful outdoor spaces to enjoy the beautiful views and the lake. Loved using the kayaks to enjoy the lake and sitting and relaxing on the deck overlooking the lake. Good quality bedding and towels as well and well stocked kitchen.

Great time!!

We had a great stay, and look forward to coming back for another stay in the future. The only thing we didn’t like was the steep driveway. The walk back from the lake was rough. Other than that it was perfect, and we thank you!!

Great spot on the lake and we’ll set up lakefront and access. unfortunately the dock was under repair and not really usable. This was the main reason we rented this place.

3.5 stars lakeside in peaceful neighborhood

The home was very well equipped with thoughtful touches such as bug repellent spray and other items you might forget. The living room furniture was not very comfortable and the home could use a thorough cleaning. There is a steep driveway to the water which may be a challenge for some. We lost internet service a couple times and the property manager was very responsive.
