This condo was perfect for our 6 people including 2 kids, without having to stay a full week. Right by the pool, a leisurely walk to the quiet beach, and it was well stocked with what we needed for our stay. The only thing that could possibly have improved it is a small step stool for my short 5 year old to reach the sink without help. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful trip staying here! It was very close to the beach with easy beach access, just a less than 5 min walk. The beach equipment was a great additive. We did leave a tent in the equipment closet for future guest use. The only two things we can semi-complain about were the floors of the condo were extremely dirty and made our feet black unless we wore socks or shoes the whole time. The other semi-complaint was not having a bassinet/crib/pack n play for guest use in a family-friendly condo. We chose to buy a pack n play and left in there after our stay for future guests to use! Overall, we would stay there again!

I had to clean the Condo , especially the bathroom. The host kept texting with all these rules that if not followed would be charged to your cc. But when i had a legit question on an issue with the host giving us wrong info, the host was very condescending. We checked out a day early.

Overall Great

Beautiful home , very clean and bright. Comfortable furnishings and close to beach and pool and food . Great accommodations. Some issues with accessing the storage unit for beach gear and no blinds in the master.

Big Condo with Great location

Grannies at the Beach

Bradenton Beach

Check in very easy. Appreciated how quickly the team would respond to my questions. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 kids. Pool was also nice. Bradenton beach was an easy walk accross the street- it’s a very calm beach without strong currents or waves while we were there, great beach for kids.

Property was fantastic ! Had a great stay no complaints about accommodations, pools were great! I just would recommend ensuring the elevators work if you would need them for guests. The elevator was out of order and we had two pregnant guests and the steps and heat were sometimes a lot. But, we still had a great time. Smoqehouse grill and trolley were a plus, along with the Wicked Cantina!

Little mixup

We were supposed to stay in a condo in Bradenton beach Fl, but the owners were coming from Atlanta, so we were asked to move. We got a cottage which we thought was better in Holmes Beach Fl. We enjoyed our stay there and Terry was great to work with.

Anna Maria island is the best!

A very nice property in a great part of Anna Maria island. The unit is nice and as advertised. It’s a 2 min walk across the street to the beach and only a 10-15 min walk to the shops and restaurants. Comfort wise the furniture and beds are pretty good. The kitchen is well stocked. I was a little taken aback when offered to check in a hour early for an additional cost, but otherwise great communication with the owner.

BBeach Stay

First time booking via Vrbo. Check in/out easy. Condo reasonably clean, roomy, kitchen well equipped. We liked the location - few minutes to the beach and short distance to trolly stop. Quiet. Sofa, chair etc some aging & stains but plenty good enough for rental. Problem with dryer was addressed in timely manner considering I reported it on holiday 7/4 & repaired on 7/5. Would recommend this condo.

One week family vaca

Overall everything was nice and we would return again. The toys in the storage room were appreciated. Easy walk to the beach. My only recommendation would a laminated general info sheet on the counter. There were multiple codes to remember and I had to get the pool bathroom code from another guest. I had to keep flipping from texts to the DACK app to find all the info. The pool was a great size as was the screened in porch. My family had a great time.

Island enjoyment

appreciated all of the "welcome" extras that were in the unit. (soaps, lotions, dish soap, laundry soap and more). and really appreciated the items in the storage unit. Only complaint was I did not have the ocean view I wanted. It was my fault when booking. Would like to book again at t a different location. Enjoyed the Island and all it offered. Thank you for the one on one contact with the owners.

Nice getaway, needs some updates

Overall we had a lovely stay and were within walking distance to the beach. The host was very responsive when we had questions or concerns. Some updates needed are the bathroom shower curtain in the bathroom off the kitchen. We had to literally put it together ourselves and the water filled up when trying to take a shower. Also the dishwasher was completely broken and someone had to enter the unit while we were on vacation. The cushions outside on the lanai need some updating and the hot tub was not operational. The kitchen was well stocked, couch was different from photos but comfortable. There were enough beds for all of us to comfortably sleep. I think with a few updates this place can easily be a 10/10. Thanks!

Overall pleased

Enjoyed our stay here.. My husband and our 4 children, ages 14-22, stayed here in September. Ot was our first time on AMI. We had to change our dates and the owners were quick to respond to my request. The condo was clean and in a great location, easy to walk across the road to the beach and close to shopping. Check in and out was simple, nothing extra needing to be done. On-site parking was great. Rooms were good size and had plenty of storage space. Our complaints would be -the listing noted beach towels and chairs for all guests. There was only 5 beach towels on site and no chairs were found. -we couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work our entire stay. Our kids were doing school remotely so this would have been really nice to have working. -could have used a couple extra blankets in the condo.

The house is clearly not cared for and had a ton of issues- there's definitely a roach issue they are aware of but tried to deny even though they house had a dozen traps laying around and dead roaches when we arrived. There's a mold issue, the dishwasher is broken, the floor was so dirty we wouldn't walk around barefoot and the beach chairs are so rusted they're unusable. The master bathroom toilet flooded the bathroom and was never cleaned. The property manager (Terry) attempted to put a band aid on a few things, but ultimately became argumentative and abrasive- he even hung up on me the one time I was able to reach him on the phone (they only want you to text and you always get a quick response saying "thanks for reaching out. We'll let our team know" but its just an automatic response so he can claim fast response time). He eventually agreed to a partial refund, but stated he would only give it to me if I left a positive review. I then reached out to VRBO who investigated and he also let them know (on a recorded phone call) that he was committing extortion and felt entitled to do so. If you look back on past reviews you will see hints of these things (bugs, broken dishwasher, etc) and even a couple of unprofessional responses if you look at reviews of his other properties, but I suspect he's done this several times- requiring a positive review in order to get a refund. I don't recommend this condo or any place managed by Terry at Anna Maria Island Beach Rentals.
