Beach Stay

Well equipped and great setup for our break with 4 adult family members. The 2 bathrooms a bonus. Lovely outdoor area and great views of the fabulous Onetangi beach. Easy walk to the restaurants. Only negative is that the fees are quite high for a 2 night stay.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Position of apartment was beautiful. Views of beach and within walking distance. But the furniture flooring and carpets were tired stained and old and should have been replaced a long time ago given the I was paying. The utensils in the kitchen were scattered and looked like a lot of stuff was dumped from previous guests with no order to anything. I had trouble with wifi connection and it was not until I turned everything off that I was able to get a signal. My contact with stayz particularly in relation to toilet in main bedroom not flushing did not even get a courtesy response. The advertisement was misleading as the apartment should have been listed as in need of refurbishment and I would have chosen another house or apartment.
