The living room has an open concept design featuring exquisite vigas, high ceilings, saltillo tile and a Kiva fireplace. The home has full house surround sound and custom blinds. The dining room seats four to six people quite comfortably for entertainment. The spacious kitchen has been updated with new cabinets, counter tops, refrigerator, stove and wine rack. There is radiant heat tile floors throughout the home.
The master bedroom and bathroom are bright and spacious. The master bathroom comes with a jacuzzi tub, double vanity, tiled shower, skylight and a large walk in closet.
The second bedroom can also be used as an office or tv room. The brand new couch has a queen bed for those who need 2 bedrooms. It is keyed seperately and has a door for complete privacy from the rest of the house. It has a bright bathroom with a full tub, shower, sink and skylight. The back patio has a gas grill, a patio table and four chairs. It is landscaped all around. There are five parking spaces in the front of the home.

This location is wonderful being that it is next to the Santa Fe River bike trails. This is a beautiful trail going both east towards downtown or west. We are right in the middle. We are also next to 3 dog parks, DeVargas Mall, Alameda shopping center and only 1.8 miles to the plaza.
