Welcome to our home! We hope you enjoy our OPEN CONCEPT floor plan with CITY & MOUNTAIN VIEWS, 2.5 bedrooms and 2 full bathroom. Well stocked, timeless kitchen feat appliances & wine fridge. Wake up and brew a cup of coffee. Dine el fresco on the deck. Enjoy 5-star amenities: Lap pool, hot tub, sauna and gym, 24hr on-site security. Situated in Downtown you are steps to the Skytrain, Costco, Rogers Arena, BC Place & QE Theatre, Gastown, False creek, great restaurants & more!

The suite is close to 1000 sq ft
A master bedroom equipped with a king size bed and ensuite full bathroom with soaker tub (Sleeps 2)
A secondary room with queen size bed (Sleeps 2)
A smaller third room can only fit a single bed (Sleeps 1)
If you require the use of the sofa bed, please let us know ahead of time to set it up. (Sleeps 1)
Upon request, prior to check in, playpen available for your stay. Please let us know upon booking.

Second shared full sized bathroom.
Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, range, oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher and fridge.

There is AC unit in the living/dining room area and fans in all bedrooms.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
This is a friendly reminder that check out time is 10am, please ensure you pack all your personal belongings. And take clean out the fridge
If you have a vehicle, please load all your personal belongings to your vehicle first and drive your vehicle out of the garage as you won’t be able to access the garage without keyfobs.
When you are ready to leave, please ensure you return the 2 sets of keys in the condo. On your way out, please close all windows, turn off all appliances and lock the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be advise there’s no smoking of any sort inside the apartment or the in or around the building. Violators are fined $200CAD per incident.
No party or any gathering inside the condo. Any complaint will be subject to fines of $500CAD. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Thank you
Check in after 3pm and checkout is before 10am. Any early check in or late checkout would be subject to $50 fee. Vehicle must wait for gates to close

This was a great place! The location is right next to the Stadium/Chinatown station. My two adult sons and I used it as our home base to explore Vancouver. There is a market and two coffee shops on the plaza. The unit is clean, updated, and spacious with great views. I slept in the 3rd (little) room with no issues. I’m 5’2” my sons are both 6’ tall. Ashley was lovely. Answered all my questions and gave excellent recommendations for restaurants. Would re-book here.

We had a great time staying at Ashley's place in Vancouver! The condo was in a good location and very accessible to all that Vancouver has to offer (Stanley Park, Granville Island, Rogers Center, BC Place, etc.). Also very close to airport and public transportation. Within walking distance of great restaurants and nightlife. Condo was very clean and beds were comfortable.
