Great Beach House

The house was great! Had everything we needed! Great location! Great communication with the management company! Perfect for groups with pets! Thanks again for the pup treats!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay, the property was close to the beach and we were able to get all our gear there with no problem! It is a little far from everything, with no restaurants or shops close by, but it worked for us! Just get what you need before you go!

Enjoyed our stay.

Loved the location and the property. Would have loved to be able to use the lift but it didn't take away from our time there. Just made it a little harder to get our stuff up the stairs. Also on the deck there were some nails and screws sticking up that just need too be knocked down. Other than that well probably come back to this house again next year.

Great memories

My best friend and I meet up at a beach at least once a year. I moved to Texas in February to the Dallas area so we choose Galveston. We have been here before and love the area. We had an emergency and immediately messaged the property people and promptly got a response that the place was still available for some extra days and they worked with us on the price! Great great customer service. Would recommend this house and this property management group to anyone. Thank you for all you did and we had a great time. We will be back

It was just OK

I had a problem when we first got there that it wasn’t that clean. I did finally reach out to them to just let them know and they told me I could’ve had somebody come in and cleaned again. Which would’ve been good.

We actually reached out to you several times during your stay including upon your arrival to make sure all was well. Therefore, we were a bit surprised hearing from you 20 days into your stay regarding the cleanliness. It also happened to be at the same time as some rough February weather. Perhaps this contributed? Regardless, we're sorry you didn't enjoy your time more.
