Waking up to the sound of the waves is hard to beat! We’ll absolutely pass your suggestions along to the owner regarding spices, throw blankets, and the laundry guidelines. Guest feedback is one of the best ways to help owners decide where little touches can make an already great home even better. Just to clarify the early check-in piece, we completely understand wanting a few extra minutes after investing in a special family vacation. The issue wasn’t that we wouldn’t allow an early check-in. Since you asked well in advance, we simply couldn’t promise a specific early arrival time because we wouldn’t yet know whether another guest would be checking out that same day. We have to wait until the day of check-in to confirm whether the home is vacant, cleaned, inspected, and ready ahead of schedule. We’re delighted that, despite the stormy weather and a few of the little things, the home and location helped make your stay a memorable one. We’d love to have your family back for more wave sounds and hopefully a little more sunshine next time!
