- NOTE: This home is located in a secure, gated, private community. After booking, you will be required to fill out a rental registration form, including your contact and guest information, that will be emailed to you by the guest contact. This information must be completed at least three (3) days prior to your check-in date. The name of each guest must be written down on the registration form to exactly match their photo ID. Each guest must bring a photo ID with them to present at the security booth. Anyone not listed on the registration form or who does not have a photo ID will be not be permitted to pass the security booth and may not enter the Big Bass Lake community
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 2 Ring exterior security cameras: camera 1 is located at the front door facing the street and camera 2 is located by the back sliding glass door facing the yard. They do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
