The Space:
Located on the first floor, this spacious two bedroom quality apartment is furnished to a high standard throughout. All rooms have large windows letting in lots of light and the bedrooms offer views over the city center and towards the local mountains.

Each of the large spacious bedrooms have black out blinds in addition to their curtains. Each also has a Super King Bed that can be split into Two King Singles upon request in advance, making it a perfect location for a group of friends, or work colleagues travelling together. The Super King beds are fitted with high quality toppers and luxury bedding. All beds have large storage drawers below, and both bedrooms have large wardrobes for all your clothes, including special occasion outfits, that require hanging up. Both bedrooms also have large full length well illuminated dressing mirrors.

The modern bathroom is fitted with underfloor heated tile floor, heated towel rail, large illuminated mirror and mains water pressure quality shower. The hot water is heated by an external instantaneous gas water heater, so you can indulge yourself in the shower for as long as necessary, with no concerns regarding hot water usage.

The lounge has a large comfy corner sofa ideal to sprawl out on and relax after a big adventure day out, or ski trip up the mountains. The room lighting level is fully adjustable and can be dimmed, or raised. The large 55inch Smart Samsung TV is fitted with a sound bar and surround sound for that extra special movie experience. Just connect your smart device and enjoy your own applications on the big screen.

The counter area has a stand alone fridge with internal wine rack and filtered water jug. A separate freezer with plenty of storage space is perfect to store those instant meals, or ice bags. There is a counter top microwave oven. The Breville Nespresso machine and coffee plunger means you can choose the coffee type you desire. We provide free instant coffee, tea and sugar and one litre of milk on arrival. We have a clothes washer and dryer machine located within the building and provide this service free, upon request.

Getting Around:
The apartment is located in the very center of Queenstown. So you can walk everywhere, if desired. There really is no need for a car!
It is less that 5 minute walk to the central ski bus hub, for all the local mountains. It is also directly adjacent to the local public bus route stop.

Please note: All children's items such as high chair, baby bath, travel cot, books, games etc. are not stored at the property. If the Super King beds are required to be spit into Two King Singles, this must be requested.
Both children's items and any splitting of beds, must be requested a minimum of one week prior to check-in date.
Your reservation is strictly limited to the number of guests as specified within your reservation details.
