If you desire a SAFE Magical spot near the Beach that is perched on a Secluded Hilltop amongst a 18 acre forest of Oak, Mountain Laurel, Rhododendron and overlooking a crystal clear spring-fed Kettle Pond from a turn of the century granite and brick terrace, then this is your place. An Adirondack-style camp retreat with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with towels & soap provided. A tennis court, aluminum skiff and canoe available for a row or paddle. Great fishing on the pond. Surrounded by Nature Conservancy, Land Trust and Audubon Land and just two miles to the beautiful beaches of the South shore of Rhode Island. A short drive to The Block Island Ferry / airport, Newport, The Ocean House in Watch Hill and five minutes to Snug Harbor Marina and the famous Matunuck Oyster Bar. Maximum: Two Adults & Two Children. (Season only). References required.
