This modern, family friendly, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home provides comfortable living on a flat, fully fenced section in a new development in the heart of the village. It is only a short, flat walk to a swimmable estuary which is a great alternative to the surf beach in high season and there is a kayak on a trolley that can be walked down to launch at Pearson reserve. It is also walking distance to all that Mangawhai Village has to offer, markets, Tavern, Bennetts cafe and chocolate shop, Dune, etc and there are walking biking tracks in close proximity. The house has a lovely open plan living/dining/kitchen space which leads out onto a partially covered deck. At the back of the Living area the breezeway provides some welcome relief on warm summer days and the outdoor heater warms things up on cooler evenings.
On the other side of the Breezeway is a guest pod with a large bedroom with ensuite bathroom (included in the bedrooms/bathrooms mentioned above). The garage is also fully insulated and has a single bunk set suitable for kids and is a great hangout space with TV and table tennis table.
For winter stays the heat pump in the main living area and heater in the guest pod help to keep things cosy and being a new house it is double-glazed and well insulated.
There is plenty of parking space for cars and a boat and with the property being fully fenced you can rest easy knowing the little ones can't wander far.
NB:
1. Small, house-trained dogs may be permitted on request, please supply information on age and breed.
2. The TVs are Smart TVs, just bring your own accounts for any apps you wish to use.
3. BYO pods for the Nespresso.

LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
