Disney World family vacation
Checking in at the front desk was easy. But communication with the property manager wasn’t so simple. I emailed the manager multiple times before we arrived in Florida, notifying him that our flight arrives early in the morning and we need a early check in. Upon arrival (7:40ish am)I entered the code for the keyless entry and it was wrong. Called the manager multiple times until he responds by text(not too long after)saying the phone doesn’t work. He responds with saying that he didn’t know that we would be checking in early. I had to send him proof of emails saying exactly what time we would be arriving and early check in. After we finally get the correct code and upon entering we noticed that the floors were really dirty, towels and bedding had hair on them and the toilets were dirty. They may have had the seal around the toilet lids but that didn’t mean anything because when we wiped them down with Clorox wipes the wipes were filthy. We had to get cleaning supplies to clean the floors and wash the towels and bedding. Warning to others: prepare to buy tissue(they only have the one roll on the tissue holder), paper towels, detergent to rewash linens/towels, disinfectant wipes to wipe down often touched places, and maybe even swiffer mop and dry pads in case they don’t clean floors(which was our case). Wouldn’t recommend. Will be looking elsewhere in future travels to Florida.
