Hi Shanette. Thank you for your review, we would like to update you that the homeowner did add ceiling fans in both upstairs bedrooms that didn't have one. Now all the house has ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Thank you for staying with us and for your review.

Hello Eric, Thank you for your feedback as we always love to see where we are able to improve. As we strive to ensure each guest's experience is positive since our properties are value-driven family vacation homes for guests all over the World visiting Central Florida. Regrettably, we are unable to control the layout of the traffic stops in the resort community to get to the property. There are many stops in resort communities due to the high traffic of walking pedestrians to ensure the safety of all guests since the location of this property is one of the most desired areas in the resort community. We can confirm that the pool heater was on and working prior to your stay as it was checked by our inspector during our pre-arrival inspection. Pool heaters in Central Florida are just regular electric heat pumps and can be highly affected by the outside temperature/ weather. Our pool temperatures are only set to a maximum of 84 degrees which is to feel more like a refreshing cool-off and not as hot as a spa/hot tub. Our pool heat runs from 8 am - 8 pm on a 12-hour cycle. We had our staff members check it again on 2/20 and it was still working correctly. 84 degrees can feel really cold to some people as our body temperature is still higher than that desired temperature. Upon you reporting the pool heater was not working we did message you back within the same day informing you that the weather can affect the temperature of the pool heater and since it was later in the day did it heat up more. We never got a response back in our case indicating that it was now working for you all since we did not hear back from you after that message was sent. In our response to purchase a propane tank and for us to reimburse you for having to purchase this is because we feel as if this would have been a quicker solution for you all since our staffing schedule was very full and we would not have a staff member available to get out there that day to bring one to you. There has been a propane tank brought to the property. We regret to hear that our responses were not in favor of you and your family but with the lack of communication and issues reported/explained, we are unable to help fully resolve the issues mentioned without better knowledge to ensure we have the proper vendor go out to the property.
