About this property
Private Guest Suite in North Vancouver H912202172
One of the very few truly Central Lonsdale private listings: 2 blocks from public transit, bars, cafes and restaurants. Easy access to mountains, beaches or downtown Vancouver. A new studio with private entrance, fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge, cutlery etc.) and Wi-Fi. Full bathroom with shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels and free street parking 4PM-11AM. Our kids are awake from 7AM-7PM.
The space
This spacious suite includes in floor heating and full private bathroom with a new waterfall type shower. Private access is secure as you will be provided your own key. The mini fridge and toaster/coffee/tea kitchenette allow for a quick bite before jumping into Vancouver. If anything is missing, jut let us know!
Guest access
There is free street parking, 2 hours between 11AM and 4PM, otherwise no restrictions. All the main bus lines run through Lonsdale (1 block away) or 15th street (3 blocks away). We are a few minutes from the highways and a bit more to the bridges.
Other things to note
The key to the suite is located in the lock box on the door adjacent to the suite door. We will contact you after you book with us to provide the lock box code. The key inside is for the sliding glass doors (not the door the lock box is hanging on). Our storage room is located adjacent to the suite entrance, so you may occasionally see us coming in and out of the storage or on the stairs leading to the suite.

Sebastian and Camila and kids are happy to be able to host you. We have traveled and lived in Central/South America, Europe and Canada. We are Canadians who speak English, French and Spanish fluently, we like talking to people and helping people. Our joint passion is our kids, otherwise we like reading, playing rugby and running.
Why they chose this property
We live upstairs, when we moved home from Ottawa during the pandemic, we hoped to be able to rent part of our home. Throughout our travels, we often fantasized about hosting people in a place of our own one day...and here we are!
What makes this property unique
The main unique draw of this property is it's modernity and location. There are few places on either VRBO or Air B and B so close to the Lions Gate Hospital, all the restaurants and shops of central Lonsdale and the local mountains (Grouse, Cypress, Seymour). This spot is a great jump off point for adventures like, skiing, hiking, rock climbing, boating, kayaking, sailing, breweries etc.
