Cozy and Comfortable

My stay coincided with a serious winter storm that hit the area the first night. I woke up to piles of snow covering the landscape, my car, the driveway and the roads. Luckily the house had a generator that kicked in when the power went out and the host also had a snow plow to clear out the driveway. Entertainment was provided by the birds feeding on top of the snow. I drank hot chocolate and coffee and enjoyed nestling in the apartment.

Hidden Gem

Brief visit from Ohio for our daughter's baby shower. Nestled in lovely trees and rolling, expansive lawns, this property has everything one could want for a quiet retreat, yet close to Portland and nearby beaches/attractions. Randy is a wonderful, responsive host and the home they have created is beautiful and is equipped with all the necessities plus an array of thoughtful small amenities - they've literally thought of everything! We loved our stay and look forward to coming back often as our first grandchild is due later this summer and is only a couple of miles away - our new home away from home we hope!

A hidden gem

We had a wonderful brief stay in this lovely apartment. The setting was lovely surrounded by trees with an expansive lawn and the apartment itself was beautifully furnished with everything you might need for a comfortable home away from home. Randy was very responsive to any questions we had and we look forward to our return visit next month!
