The pictures told a different story than what we found when we got there. One bedroom was lovely. The other two bedrooms are unacceptable for adults as they were very small and the mattresses were very uncomfortable. Frankly there wasn’t a comfortable seat in the house except for the two chairs in the living room. The pullout sofa was not usable and we could not get the TV to work even following the instructions. Also, the Wi-Fi network is listed incorrectly but we managed to connect. Considering the price per night and the fees we paid to rent the house for four nights, we’re not satisfied.The only saving grace was that Wendy, the property manager, was as accommodating as could be.We love the area, Boothbay Harbor, but would never return to this property.

Great stay here with our dog while we visited our college student doing a local internship. Neighborhood is lovely and quiet. Had most everything we needed, porch was great to sit out on in the evening. Comfortable beds. Very warm sleeping a couple nights because of the no a/c but cross breezes usually kept the house comfortable. Easy five minute drive into Boothbay Harbor. Quick responses whenever we reached out. Overall a great stay - we were very happy with it!

The place is exactly what we were looking for. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. I do have two notes though. -The cigarette smoke smell in the downstairs bathroom is unacceptable. -a 10am check-out for a vacation property is an hour earlier than it should be.

Beautiful and Rustic

The house itself was cozy and rustic. It was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a week away. The kitchen was well stocked. We had plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. Overall wonderful experience. My only concern would be the water pressure in the only indoor shower. Perhaps a new showerhead would’ve helped.
