An old fashioned cottage located in Bayville. Bayville is a small community in Boothbay Harbor that sits at the head of Linekin Bay. It`s a step back in time with its own little post office, and all the amenities that make a summertime community special including an association dock, tidal beach, community house, tennis court, and playground. It`s the kind of place where the memories made stay with you. Pet Friendly!

Featuring a spacious living room with fireplace, a dining room, TV room with sleeper sofa, and downstairs bath with shower and laundry. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and another bathroom with tub.

Community dock and tidal beach are a four minute walk away. Tennis courts and play area located steps away. Land Trust walking trails will take you to the East Boothbay General Store or go in the other direction and walk all the way to town. The Hillside Cottage, with its rustic charm, makes for a perfect get away from it all and a place to share some treasured memories.

We will meet you upon arrival to give a quick tour and to transfer keys. We are available 24/7 during your stay.

Friendly neighborhood. Just a 5 minute drive to town. Also has a few walking paths for those folks who like to hike.

IMPORTANT:
Instead of placing a security deposit hold on your card, we include a small, non-refundable $25 damage waiver in the reservation total—so your funds remain available throughout your trip. This Waiver covers damages up to $300.

Pets are welcome at the owner`s discretion, subject to a non-refundable pet fee.

Please note: Guests who bring unauthorized pets to the property without prior approval will incur a $500 fee and may be asked to leave.
• Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors at all times.
• Maximum occupancy is as shown on the listing. Additional guests are subject to $25/person/night and may result in cancellation without prior approval.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors).
• Open flames (fireplaces, fire pits, etc.) require prior written approval.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without written approval.
• Waterfront/dock use (if applicable) is at your own risk and may require an additional waiver.
• Up to two (2) pets are permitted with prior approval. A non-refundable $200 pet fee applies per reservation. Guests traveling with a pet must notify Sea Maine Vacation Rentals prior to arrival so we can confirm approval. Pets arriving without prior approval are considered unauthorized and are subject to a minimum $500 unauthorized pet fee, additional cleaning or damage charges, and may result in cancellation of the reservation. ADA-compliant service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law.
• A mandatory, non-refundable damage waiver is included in your reservation total in place of a security deposit. Guests remain responsible for damage exceeding coverage or resulting from negligence or rule violations.
