You’ll be a short paddle from where the river meets Muscongus Bay, and only 21 miles from the art galleries, restaurants, and scenic breakwater of Rockland. Keep an eye out for bald eagles, ospreys, seals, and other coastal wildlife.

A long private driveway leads to ample parking and a peaceful waterfront setting. Inside, the open living space has been fully remodeled with hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and a wall of windows framing the water. After a day of kayaking, unwind on the comfortable sofa, play cards around the glass coffee table, or stream a movie on the large flatscreen TV. The home offers WiFi, a washer/dryer, and inviting spaces to relax.

The fully renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and all the essentials for preparing Maine-inspired meals. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
