This beautiful townhouse has 3 spacious bedrooms- each with balcony access and additional sitting area in the main bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a modern fully equipped kitchen. Direct beach access via the end of the street, only a 2 minute walk and your feet are in the sand. This property is an open plan with plenty of room for friends or family.

Bring your pet along and enjoy a nice BBQ in the backyard with the family or enjoy the views from your private balcony. Ideal for fishing, only 2 minute drive to the nearest boat ramp. This properties features include a coffee machine, a rooftop terrace, dishwasher, parking, BBQ and Wi-Fi

Bring your bike and take a relaxing bike ride around the lake or for the keen golfer in the family, you have a choice to tee off from two local golf courses, Magenta Shores, or Shelly Beach Golf Club. For the more adventurous or the young at heart head out to Tree Tops Adventure Park located near the Ourimbah State Forest.
