My stay was fantastic! We had some friends and family stay at the property and everything at the condo was clean and as advertised. Communication with the host was seamless and we felt very supported during our stay.
Condo was very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to town and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of games, DVDs and basic supplies provided. Near entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, the less crowded part. I would recommend as a good base home for the area.
Great property. The perfect size for four adults. The kitchen and bathroom were nicely stocked although we chose to eat out, there were plenty of pots and pans for cooking. The walk to town took us about 15 minutes and is very easily to navigate.
The condo is fully stocked with everything you might need, my son loved the go cart track was across the street and it was quick walk to the market and the town of grand lake is adorable! It’s also 5 min from Rocky Mountain national park!
The condo was the perfect size and proximity to town to relax and enjoy the town, the lakes, and the mountains. As the condo complex is next to the Fire Station and this was a holiday week, there were frequent sirens. Music from the hotel on the hill was clearly heard and enjoyable from the condo's patio. The condo was well stocked with everything one might need and the games and puzzles were lots of fun. Thank you.
We visited Grand Lake this week for my daughter’s wedding. We could not have asked for a better condo to use for prep, getting ready and relaxing after a long day. Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us.

All the amenities and a pleasant stroll in to town.
We found the town enchanting and the condo comfortable. We had privacy and could park right outside the front door. Inside, the furnishings had a rustic cabin flair that was laid over a very modern, efficient unit with all the kitchen amenities necessary to kick back, socialize and prepare a full dinner. Very clean and well maintained. We'd go there again in a heartbeat!!
The place itself is great - no complaints. Convenient, clean and well stocked. Only issue at all is lots of loud trucks and sounds early and late on the bordering street. Still totally worth it - not a bog deal, but could keep easy sleepers awake.
The hummingbirds in the back were amazing!
This was our first time visiting Rocky Mountain National Park and we really had no idea what to expect or where to stay. Turns out that Grand Lake is the perfect location for the quieter end of the park. This property is located just a couple of minutes from the west entrance of the park, and strolling distance through the adorable picturesque downtown of Grand Lake. The property was the perfect size for four of us.
We enjoyed the restaurants and shopping, we were able to visit Adams falls which is beautiful and just outside of the town, also all within walking distance, and we went kayaking. On our last day participated in the Rotary Club pancake breakfast and felt very much a part of this small town. This property was the perfect place to have a rest after a busy day in the parks.

A Fun Winter retreat
We spent a great weekend with friends at this condo, snow shoeing in RMNP, visiting the town: lots of interesting stores, and busy restaurants. We look forward to exploring it further on our next stay. The meals we did prepare was a cinch as the kitchen had all the equipment necessary. Over all, the condo was warm and welcoming, clean and comfortable. We’ll be back!

We found this rental to be a clean, two bedroom, first floor condo with a level walk-out to the conveniently close parking spot. The rental was warm and comfortable, even when the outside temperature dropped below zero. The living space included a couch and chair in front of the fireplace, with a large patio door through which watched an evening snow storm and a winter carnival fireworks display. The kitchen and two baths were well stocked with all the necessary items one needs.
The rental proved to be an easy, level walk to the town’s Grand Lake facilities (town cleared ice skating rinks in our case) and to the Grand Lake’s Main Street’s quirky variety of stores and restaurants. The town of Grand Lake is situated against the boundary of Rocky Mountain National Park and there are numerous entry points for hiking, with large, and in our case, plowed parking lots. The West entrance to the Park is only a short drive away and, even in Winter, plowed sufficiently to provide access to the Nordic skiing and snowshoeing trails in the Western valleys.
We are looking forward to renting this condo in the Summer when we can drive to this destination via Trail Ridge Road, and spend time kayaking Grand and Shadow lakes.
