I do have some complaints. First- we were not provided with enough towels and washcloths so I had to do laundry several times. I’m ok with reusing a towel, but I’m not ok with reusing washcloths. We were only provided two tide pods so I had to really pick and choose what to clean. While I don’t expect them to provide a ton of laundry soap, more than two would be good. Second- while the furniture was nice- the furniture was not comfortable. Every time you moved in the beds- the headboard would move and wake us up. Third- the upstairs neighbor in #24 made so much noise we almost had to call the cops. We ended up leaving an entire day and night early due to the noise. It was not the best vacation.

We are addressing that situation with the current residents to help prevent similar disruptions going forward. We also apologize for the limited towels and washcloths, and for the loose headboard that affected your sleep. We're getting the headboard secured right away so it's solid for future guests.
