Stay was fantastic. The property is beautiful. Exactly as it appears in the photos. Location is great, especially as it's right next to Little Lake Park, and I really enjoyed everything.

This is a first class VRBO. Very handy to find, entry process fully explained and accurate. Just the cutest little place, we loved it. Very well equipped and updated. Very quiet even tho on a main road. I would definately return to this accomodation.

The stay was very nice and included all the amenities listed in the description. The place was generally very clean and well maintained. The only issue was some dog hair on the couch. Otherwise, everything was spotless. The location was excellent, with grocery stores and restaurants conveniently nearby.

Great Small House for a Long Weekend

Really cozy cottage with very comfy beds, spacious kitchen, living room and parking. Bathroom amenities and some kitchen supplies available so you don't have to bring everything. The house was cleaned and organized, and it was nice for the host to leave the AC on before our arrival. Outdoor space better than described and we thought the street was not that busy/noisy (perhaps because of the major road work which limits traffic).Wish the whole place was equipped for all four guests, offered beach items (so you don't have to fill up your trunk with bulky items), had dishwasher and fans for the rooms (AC available only in common area). Although the place did not match 100% the ad, I would still recommend it. Unless you really need laundry facility, which is listed but it does not have. The host was very nice and responsive.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a detailed review and for the kind words about the comfort, cleanliness, and our responsiveness. We’re really glad you enjoyed the space and the outdoor area, and that the quieter street was a pleasant surprise 😊 We sincerely apologize for the confusion around the laundry. Our property management software asked whether there was a laundromat nearby, and unfortunately that information translated incorrectly on VRBO as on-site laundry. This has since been corrected to avoid any future confusion. During your stay, you requested a few additional items that were not advertised on the listing, and we were happy to bring those over to help make your stay more comfortable. Aside from the laundry listing error, the information in the ad was accurate at the time of your stay. Regarding beach items and a dishwasher, these are not amenities we currently offer or advertise. The property is not directly on the beach, and unfortunately the home is not equipped with a dishwasher. We truly appreciate your recommendation and your constructive feedback, as it helps us continue improving. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us!
