Beautiful New House

Truly enjoyed our stay. House was new and was very well equipped for an extended stay. Rooms were nicely furnished and the family enjoyed the pool. Would love to visit again.

Bonita Shores close to beach

Great house for a family stay. Plenty of room for everyone to eat and play together. The double bunk rooms made it easy with the kids. Pool was great to cool off after a day at the beach. Close to everything and a nice, quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again and will recommend to others looking to come to the area.

Beautiful Family Vacation House

Absolutely perfect house for our family vacation. Super clean inside and out! Pool was perfect! House was stocked with everything we could ask for. Location is perfect to the beach and restaurants. Close to Naples. Management company was super responsive and great to work with. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this home away from home.

Everything was perfect!

This house was like new and immaculately clean. It also has a beautiful and enjoyable pool in the backyard, with lots of privacy! The hosts thought of everything and we could not have been happier with this property. We highly recommend it! It had plenty of room for a large family!

Great Spot

The home was new with all the accommodations you expect. Andy's team followed up with us regularly to be sure we had what we needed and they were always warm and friendly. The destination is really close to the beach, but close to many other popular destinations in Bonita Springs and Naples as well. Highly recommended.

Another Great Stay

This is our 2nd year in a row in this house for family Thanksgiving. The house is perfect for 3 generations including young kids. Everything about the house is user and kid-friendly. We really appreciate the gate around the pool for toddler safety. Internet was fast, kitchen well stocked, bedrooms comfortable. We really appreciate this house, plus it is perfectly located. Lastly, big thanks to the Newman staff who communicate (phone and text) promptly and clearly, and are always friendly. We'll be back next year.

Would not recommend they canceled my reservation after staying one night for no reason and wanted me to pay through a different application not through vrbo. Home is nice but very poor management!
