All fees included! Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, exactly a mile from Barefoot Beach. Newly remodeled inside out. A vision in white with the touches of pink, embodies the memories of old Florida. Heated swimming pool with a pool cage, fast speed wifi, brand new landscaping with green lawn, fruit trees, and flowers. Completely fenced in back yard. Brand new kitchen, bathrooms, air-conditioning, floors, and freshly painted. The house is well stocked and filled with all kinds of kitchen utensils, appliances, aids, spices, bathroom and beach towels, and linen. We are dog friendly. Dogs are welcome and stay free, but you must say you are bringing a pet.

Great Place

Alexandria’s place was very clean, spacious and opened. The pool was clean, warm and inviting. The location was perfect, best ice cream shop down the street and close to lots of restaurants and grocery. The neighborhood was very quiet. Great place to stay.

Terrific Bonita Springs Rental

We found this house to be relaxing, comfortable, and very clean. It has a well-equipped and spacious kitchen where it was easy to prepare meals. The outside area and pool added much to the vacation atmosphere.Its location is excellent. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping and is in a quiet neighborhood where it is easy for taking walks. We would definitely rent this house again.

Great Location with Nice Pool

Stayed 7 weeks, enjoying the pool every other day on average. Great location with easy access to the beach, plus close to Naples and Ft Myers airport. Very safe neighborhood, with a deputy sheriff living directly across the street. Easy access to great restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and shopping. And it's just a 5 minute walk from Royal Scoop ice cream shop!

Amazing pink palace

This place is awesome! The pictures don't do it justice. Better than the pics. Pool is nice and deep, outdoor set up is great. Nice private fenced in backyard. Owner very quick to address questions or concerns. Well stocked kitchen and towels. Excellent location to the beach. Would definitely stay here again- excellent experience! (Be sure to try brownie batter at the ice cream shop down the street.)

Excellent Experience

We needed a place quickly and the host responded as such. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. We walked nearly every day, even enjoying an ice cream at Royal Scoop just a 5 min walk away. The condo is fresh, inviting, clean and peaceful. It’s minimalistic in decor, just the way I like it. The beds were comfortable and additional pocket doors offer added privacy when needed. The pool had all day sun, in addition to a fully covered outside area making it a fabulous FL experience. Communication with the owner was spot on. I give this stay a 5+ star! In a heartbeat, we’d stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO in Bonita Springs and would definitely stay again. The location was excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops while still feeling quiet and relaxing.The home was very clean with a great layout and plenty of space. We loved the decor, which was fun and unique and gave the home a lot of personality.The pool was a highlight and perfect for relaxing. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

Why they chose this property

It's a single family residence, with a yard and a pool, in a quiet residential neighborhood, just on the edge of Naples and Bonita Springs in Collier County. It's a mile from Barefoot and Bonita Beaches and you can easily walk or bike it. Bonita Springs, Mercato and Vanderbilt Beach are very close by as are multiple restaurants and shops. The most famous ice cream shop is at the end of my road, about 3 min walk.

You are close to the beach and water, the neighborhood is safe and very walkable. There are many shops, restaurants, some withing walking distance.
