Bedrooms are large so plenty of room with two beds. Home is equipped with comfortable seating both inside and patios. We spent several mornings and evenings on the upper enclosed patio playing cards. Appreciated labeled switches and kitchen cabinets. Plenty of private parking. Outstanding stay.

Exactly what we needed

We stayed here to attend a business conference at Margaritaville. The property was updated and clean, with plenty of space for everyone in our group. The staff was very responsive and understanding of our needs. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nice place to stay

The property was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Beds were good. I will note one bedroom is on the main floor and two are downstairs. 12 or 13 steps on stairs to go downstairs. Parking is right in front of unit so is convenient for loading vehicle.

Great Place, So much room

This place was better than expected inside. It worked amazing for all 10 adults. Only complaint was check in was a 3 pm and we didn't receive the check in instructions until almost 4 pm. :( so we just had to wait. other than that amazing time

This listing was the perfect vacation for our large family. There was plenty of room for all of us and it was very accommodating. We felt that because every bedroom had a full bathroom that it allowed everyone adequate space. We especially loved spending nights in the screened in deck while enjoying the gas fire pit. Even though there were surrounding houses it still felt very private. The renters were extremely quick, efficient and thorough when responding to any questions that we had. Having two nice, clean pools near by made swimming so enjoyable for all members of our family. The only suggestion we have would be to bring some sort of baby gate. The house was perfect for our toddler except being able to block off the stairs safely. Over all this rental was awesome and we really enjoyed our stay.

This was an almost-perfect vacation property. We truly enjoyed our time there and would definitely return. The only reason we ranked it four stars instead of five (we would have rated 4.5 if possible) was the fact that the bed(s) in one of the downstairs bedrooms (particularly the one nearest the door) could use a new mattress. It was much too soft and seemed to sink in towards the middle. Otherwise, the home was perfect! Our group especially appreciated the ensuites in each bedroom and the additional upstairs half bath.
