The property worked out well for our family. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The community pool and hot tub was a nice feature. The kids enjoyed it, nice it was close enough to walk.Location was great, easy walk to downtown, grocery store nearby.

Great Place to stay

Great property for those with a boat or other watercraft that would like a close location to the Marina. We were able to walk to the marina to launch the boat and not need to park and extra car. The property is great for large groups with plenty of space to sleep and lounge. The theater room is definitely a plus. Having a hot tub on the property was an added plus. After a long day of boating, the hot tub was a perfect way to end the day. The proximity to Mike's was great for emergency necessities. Being close to Garden City dining was really nice for raspberry shakes on demand. There is plenty of parking space on property without needing the overflow parking. We were able to park 4 cars plus a boat without any issues.

Great place for Big Families

We had a great weekend. Great location. The house is as advertised. It is new, clean, plenty of room, and well stocked. We would stay here again. All positives. No negatives.

Excellent LOCATION-FAMILY Friendly HOME!!

Excellent Location!! - Walking distance to marina, minutes from lake, market, pool & clubhouse. Beautifully appointed home with HUGE theater room and games inside and outside. Boys played basketball all-day! Host was gracious and accommodating. We loved our stay and hope to come back to this beautiful Bear Lake home.

Great Spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house! Great layout with lots of space. The theater room was great to watch the Super Bowl, and enough space for kids to play! Lots of kid stuff like toys and highchairs tucked into lots of places in the house. Hot tub was nice after skiing at Beaver Mountain. Right near the Garden City Grocery store. Would definitely stay again.

Great property close to Bear Lake Marina. The neighborhood is gated and a short walk away from Mike’s Market and the Bear Lake Marina. Greenway trails are accessible out of the neighborhood for walking and biking. The hosts communicate well and are responsive. We were pleased with our stay.
