The condo was in very good condition and was comfortable. The location was excellent. The only issue we had was with the pool. They were having problems with the heater and were waiting for parts.

Great apartment, but troubles at check in

The lockbox code sent to me by the manager was wrong, so was a terrible check in experience.The apartment very good.

Owner's response: "Dalibor, We always work hard to deliver a 5-star experience for all our guests and we're very disappointed if this wasn't one for you. However, we do appreciate that you enjoyed the condo and it was good for you. We do apologize for the issues with the lockbox code. Due to an issue with a prior guest (they locked themselves out of the unit), we had to have a locksmith out to change the locks and were unaware of the code being changed. As soon as you contacted us, we were in touch with the locksmith who advised us of the new code. We are confident that future guests will have excellent stays and we will continue to strive for those 5-star experiences we know we can deliver."
