I knew there were couple of 2 star reviews, but I want to try this vacation home anyway even though my wife showed me those reviews. Our stay turn out to be PERFECT. House was dirty the walls, doors, kitchen cabinets. TVs in bedrooms don’t work. Beds old and uncomfortable . Brick hold holding up sofa. You get charged extra if you want to use pool or grill. Worst experience so far. Game room is a sweat box. Dirty air vents. Vrbo contacted host and he didn’t want to do anything about the situation once you pay your stuck.

We respectfully disagree with your comment. The guests stayed in this vacation home abused all our furnitures. They moved all our sofas to the pool area for their personal uses and broke them without notify us about it. 5 out of 9 TVs were unplug to the cable boxes and hooked up with their game consoles for their events. Party decors were left everywhere on walls, doors and ceiling. It was nightmare for us as a host. We send a request money from vrbo for replacement, repair and reconfiguration all our TVs.

The rental is exactly like the pictures, also very very clean. This property is perfect for a family vacation. Harris made the visit super easy. I would definitely stay here again

Wonderful Disney Vacation

This house was in a great location and was everything we wanted. Spacious enough for our 11 guests. Kids loved the pool and clubhouse. I would definitely return!

Great value and location

We had 8 guys on a golf trip and enjoyed having individual bedrooms, the pool and hot tub. Great location that is close to everything and the price was very good for our stay. We did have some issues with the internet due to an outage in the area, but the manager got it corrected very quickly for us.

A perfect place!

The location and amenities in Champions Gate are perfect for a Family's Orlando visit, you have all you need... the only issue was the pool heater, that doesn't work for a few days, but Kenny repaired it in the first working day.

Excellent Stay

We enjoyed our stay. There were enough beds and bathrooms for 8 adult males. Only issue was having to reset the cable box to watch sports on TV. But we fixed that ourselves.

Seven adult men on a golf weekend. Home was excellent, good location, well equipped for our needs. Communication with the manager was timely and accurate. Would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Wonderful Family Trip

We used this property for an extended family trip with 15 of us in varying age ranges. It was perfect for us! There was plenty of space, the kids (and adults) loved the pool and spa and the neighborhood was very nice. We reached out once about the pool Getty cloudy and there was someone there within a few hours to fix the situation. We had a great stay and would recommend this property for any groups needing a larger property.

Great Stay Near Golf Courses

Property was as described. The location was great and very convenient. The beds were comfortable, furniture was nice, and the house was as described. The only negative was there were only a handful of towels for an 8 bedroom house, and the pool was a bit dirty. But other than that, we'd definitely stay here again. Highly recommend. The view out the back is awesome. We sat and watched people golf all day.

Small dinner event

This stay was really pleasant. I was able to do a nice catered dinner for a dear friends 50th birthday party. I must say the event was lovely. The house was a wonderful place to have as our location. The rooms were nice and clean. I was able to sleep comfortably. The kitchen was wonderful pretty much fully stocked for whatever we needed besides our own food the TVs worked in every room. We were also able to enjoy the entertainment amenities, such as pool table, hot tub, and pool and the theater room.

Nice house but everything seemed run down and poorly maintained. Example, a few of the door knobs are coming apart and things like the drier hose was disconnected. The movie room will only take dvds and they do not have any on site so it’s kind of worthless. Oh, and only a few tvs actually work. You have to keep restarting the cable box and then hope it works. It was in a nice neighborhood and the hot tub felt great after a long day at Disney. This place could be 5 stars if they took care of it a little better.

Great house for family reunion

House was great, lots of space to be together. There were enough dishes to make and serve dinner for a large group. Also enough seating for a large group to eat together. Lots of things for everyone to do in the house. We had never stayed off Disney/Universal property before. The commute wasn’t too bad. Our only concern was the beds. They beds and the pillows were uncomfortable. Everything else was GREAT.

This home was well worth the money! Beautiful,quiet neighborhood with an amazing view of the golf course. The heated pool and spa felt great! The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We had more than enough room for all of our guests. Communication with the owner and staff was great! The response time was awesome. I will definitely bring my family back and stay again. Retreat

The property was even better than pictured. If you need space for 16 people then you will have plenty of room. So much to do at the house and of course the surrounding area. The community Club House is a 5 minute drive and absolutely worth the visit. 5 minute drive to Interstate 4. We brought a group of young adults and they were able to have plenty to do and keep active. In the community their is a lighted playground, basketball court and closed in soccer field with artificial turf. So much fun. The home was very clean and the neighborhoods were well manicured. The A/C work perfectly and we were very comfortable. Everything at the home was in excellent condition. I highly recommend this property for your visit to the Orlando area.
