Lovely cottage able to accommodate our party of 6 people very comfortably. 3 bedrooms, 2 with ensuite full baths and an additional full bath in the hallway for a total of 3! Location is fabulous. We walked to beach as well as the Hy-Line Ferry. Restaurants are close enough to walk as well. Accommodation is well appointed and furnishings and fixtures look to be recently updated. Host was very quick to respond to any questions we had including restaurant recommendations. Just a very lovely spot and we all look forward to returning to this place soon.

Stayed in a 3-bedroom unit at Captain Gosnold Village for 5 nights. There were 5 adults in our group. Plenty of bedrooms (3), bathrooms (3), and space for all of us. Beds were very comfortable, showers were hot with great water pressure, and the kitchenette allowed us to store food (cold and not) and complete food prep (toaster, microwave, etc.). Large screen t.v. and ample seating in the living area allowed us to watch Monday night football together!Easy walk to The Sound gave us the opportunity to stroll to the beach in the early morning with our coffee cups! Didn't have the opportunity to walk to Main St. but Sea St. was well lit and C.G. Village is only about 1 mile away. Agree with other reviews I've read that the entrance to The Village is tricky to find after the sun goes down (rather dark) and parking near our unit was tricky (dark at night; tight spaces). Loved the CC paintings throughout this living space!Communication with our host was timely and helpful. Super easy check in and check out. I would recommended this unit and we would return!

The house was in a good location with easy access to Hyannis centre either on foot or a very short drive. It is also well located for access to the surrounding areas to visit other local villages and attractions. The house was in a quite holiday village and the swimming pool was an added benefit. The accommodation was clean, bright and well looked after. We would recommend this as a great place to stay.

The Cape

We had a great 3 night stay. We got to the area when it was dark and we did have a difficult time located our exact cottage. Could use some better outdoor lighting for the check in process. We walked to the ferry so location for that was good.

Property was just as stated on VRBO. We loved our house!!! Centrally located to Hyannis and local beaches. Check in and check out was quick and easy. House was clean and well appointed. Would rent this property again.
