About this property

"Sunshine On The Water" Absolute Waterfront & Jetty. Paradise at your doorstep.

A waterfront property, facing north, it is a great place to stay any time of the year and wind down. Cool in Summer and warm in Winter with 180-degree lake views. Quiet & peaceful, do everything or do nothing.
It has absolute deep-water frontage with a jetty to fish off or tie your boat off. Such a great spot for early morning stand-up paddle board excursion or kayak adventure. The point is such a great spot for swimming and fishing as well. There is a boat ramp located 400 metres at the end of the street.

The space
The front yard (roadside) is fully fenced. Consists of a grassed area, clothesline, garden and BBQ. It has a double car port which has a caravan on one side of the carport. A path from the carport leads you to the side entry of the 3 bedroom very spacious house which nestles on a waterfront (backyard) which has a grassed area and concrete ramp to the lake.

Guest access
All of the house is yours except a boatshed that is underneath the house. A caravan (storage purposes only) is residing in half of the double carport.

Other things to note
BYO standup paddle board or kayak. Don't forget the fishing rod as it is a great fishing spot.

Load and start the dishwasher
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
On check out please make sure all windows are closed, doors locked, lights and heating off.
Remove all garbage to the appropriate bins.
Return keys to the lock box using the same code as you used to check in. Scramble the numbers and close the flap. Have a safe journey & hope to see you in the future.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not feed the birds.
Turn BBQ gas valve off after use.
Turn off air conditioner/fans and heaters. Lock all windows and doors when leaving.

What makes this property unique

Waterfront at your doorstep that is clean for swimming. Fish off the jetty and water sports. You can tie your boat from the jetty to the front of the shoreline bollards.
