Beautiful house and is very clean and beautifully decorated. Pool was nice and warm. And nice loungers and tables outside. The resort has great pools and kids could spend all day there. Highly recommend! One of the nicer places we have rented. Management was very attentive with the few questions I had.

Great stay, great location............ I could not get to Solara this year but the location of this home is still in the same area. Had a great stay and will stay again.

Property was very clean and set up nice. However, check in was a nightmare. After traveling all day, once we reached the gate for check in, my name was not on the registration. I had given a full list of names prior to this. We were close to an hour getting straight and in the property. I want to add that the security at the gate were wonderful. There was mildew on the outside cushions, killed a roach inside and the floor squeaks terrible. Not sure I would rent from this company again.

This home was great. Perfect place for my family to fellowship and relax. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in a vacation home. Would definitely recommend.

DISNEY FAMILY VACATION

The home was very, very clean! I loved the feel and decor! It really felt like home. They were always available when I had questions and responded right away. My stay was very enjoyable and stress-free. Would rebook with them again!!

Great home!!

Everything was as listed. Home was very nice. Door codes were sent promptly before we arrived. Everyone was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had prior to checking in. Security deposit was refunded within 5 days after my stay. I would definitely stay again.

Spacious, clean, convenient

We were in town for a wedding and the house provided a perfect space for two families. The property is clean and exactly as listed. Another family could have easily fit (6 adults and six kids). Property seemed well equipped though we did not cook or eat there. The community pool and waterslides provided great entertainment for the tweens. The top bunks might be better for smaller kids since they squeak quite a bit when you turn over or move so our teens ended up sleeping in the bottom bunk and trundle since the trundle detaches completely from the bunk. One odd thing was that none of the trash cans had bags in them and we had to go out and purchase. If you want guests to take out the trash at the end of the stay, a few trash bags would be nice. Might have been a cleaning crew oversight. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely with some need to knows

When we arrived things were staged beautifully. There was ample room for all of us and we were excited to have a Florida vacation with family and friends. Pros: The check in process went really well The resort pool area was wonderful The place was clean and decently stocked There were a few pool items that could be used. Laundry upstairs worked great! Considerations: There are no pool towels even though they are in one of the pictures, bring your own There are also no kitchen wash clothes or kitchen towels There is no oven mitt Some of the towel bars seemed loose The fridge was having a hard time keeping things cool by week's end. Suggestions for improvements: Tighten the toilet seats Consider an oven mitt Consider leaving a kitchen towel Some of the towel bars and toilet paper holders were loose Some drawers of the dressers were separating The bunk beds need to be tightened up so they don't shake so much Overall it was clean, the communication was excellent, check in was simple, and the expectations were very clear. We loved the resort area and loved the location. I would definitely consider renting here again knowing what to expect.

Wonder Vacation Homes needs to improve upon customer service and communication.

Property was clean. It was not walking distance to Windsor Island Resort so you will need to drive there. The refrigerator was broken when we arrived. We tried many times to contact Wonder Vacation Homes to fix it and they told us many times that a technician was coming. It was in the evening on day 3 when the technician arrived and left and several hours later an extremely dirty second fridge arrived and was placed in the entryway of the home. The fridge was full of bugs and had to be thoroughly cleaned. We paid for pool heat on the first day and were told it was turned on. It was not. After repeated attempts to contact wonder vacation homes it was turned on on the third day in the evening. There was no assistance from wonder vacation homes during the weekend. We checked in on a Saturday and reported the issues immediately. They were not corrected until Monday evening. Wonder vacation homes gave us $156 refund for these issues. We would never rent from wonder vacation homes again. We spent hours of our vacation trying to have them fix issues. This is not acceptable.
